★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, kdy jsem naposledy čekal 30 minut na jídlo.
Nevím, kdy jsem naposledy slyšel "Musíte vydržet, mám tady lidi," adresované zákazníkovi. (Ano, lidi v restauraci bývají, dá se to však říct i jinak.)
Recenze slibovaly chuťovky zážitek, avšak ani ten se nekonal - hovězí burger v rychle tvrdnoucí bulce byl potrestán kuchařem do podoby tvrdé nedosolené podrážky, nezlepšila to ani divná omáčka typu 'tesco univerzál'. (Mimochodem, na stupeň propečení se tu nikdo neptá.) Hranolky byly vlažné, smažený sýr byl zřejmě ten nejlevnější eidam bez tuku, takže neměl žádnou chuť.
Personál se snaží být milý, bohužel to nestačí, nějaká profesionalita je očividně potřeba, alespoň v kuchyni..
(Restaurace zdaleka nebyla plná, tři stoly vevnitř, dva venku.)

I don't know when I last heard "You have to persevere, I have people here," addressed to the customer. (Yes, people live in a restaurant, but you can say it differently.)
The reviews promised an appetizer experience, but even that didn't happen - the beef burger in the fast-curing bun was punished by the chef in the form of a hard, unsalted sole, and the strange 'tesco universal' sauce didn't improve it either. (By the way, no one asks about the degree of baking.) The fries were lukewarm, the fried cheese was probably the cheapest fat-free eidam, so it had no taste.
The staff tries to be nice, unfortunately it is not enough, some professionalism is obviously needed, at least in the kitchen.
(The restaurant was far from full, three tables inside, two outside.)
