Dohodnutý termín posunuli o měsíc = bohužel stavebnictví,co se dá dělat.
Podpis smlouvy pan KOS oddaloval tak dlouho, až jsme nakonec nepodepsali.
Po týdnu a půl jsem je musel vyhodit, protože po výkopu částečně základů a sklepa škoda 60 000Kč!!! Kterou se zdráhali napravit a svalovali vinu na bagristu - pán ze stavební firmy mu měl říkat jak hluboko a kde přesně kopat - vykopáno o více než půl metru do hloubky!! a nenechali si místo na hydroizolace sklepa!!
..že vykopali pasy o 7m3 betonu více nemá cenu ani mluvit
Začali vymýšlet, jak tento problém napravit = dle propočtů by MĚ to stálo dalších 120 000Kč!!!
Nebylo vyhnutí a ukončil jsem je = dodnes pan Kos nebere telefon a neodpovídá na sms = ŠKODU NENAHRADIL A NEKOMUNIKUJE !!!

The agreed deadline was shifted by a month = unfortunately construction, what can be done.
Mr KOS delayed signing the contract until we finally signed.
After a week and a half I had to throw them out, because after the excavation partly foundations and cellar damage 60 000CZK !!! They were reluctant to fix and blame the dredger - the master of the construction company should have told him how deep and where to dig exactly - dug more than half a meter deep !! and did not leave a place for waterproofing the cellar !!
..that dug the passports of 7m3 of concrete no more worth talking about
They started to figure out how to fix this problem = it would cost me another 120 000CZK !!!
There was no avoidance and I ended them = to this day Mr. Kos does not answer the phone and does not respond to sms = DAMAGE NOT REPLACED AND NOT COMMUNICATED !!!
