★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji navštívit garáže pod budovami A1 až A4, zejména po intenzivnějších srážkách. Neuvěřitelné, že něco takového se v dnešní době nestydí kdokoliv předat jako hotovou stavbu...
I recommend visiting the garages under buildings A1 to A4, especially after more intense rainfall. Unbelievable that nowadays no one is ashamed to hand over something like this as a finished building ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zvenku se jedná skutečně o esteticky vydařené objekty. Nicméně kvalita výstavba je značně diskutabilní a řešení reklamací developerem tristní. Lze se oprávněně domnívat, že aktuální reklamační stav závad budov vyústí v soudní spor sdružení vlastníků jednotek z budov A1 až A4 s developerem. Pro ilustraci přikládám fotografie podzemních prostor objektu. Zajímavé je také řešení pororoštu odpařovacího kanálu aj.
From the outside, these are really aesthetically pleasing objects. However, the quality of construction is highly debatable and the resolution of complaints by the developer dismal. It can be reasonably assumed that the current complaint status of building defects will result in a legal dispute between the association of unit owners from buildings A1 to A4 and the developer. To illustrate, I enclose photographs of the building's underground spaces. The solution of the evaporator channel grate, etc. is also interesting.
