★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozně neúnosné dodací lhůty náhradních dílů na Viking. Nikdy už nekupujte tuto značku a nikdy ne v tomto obchodě! Mám od nich sekačku a traktor, a vždycky jsem je měl mimo provoz třeba i 2 měsíce kvůli tomu, že nebyli schopni dodat náhradní díl obratem, nebo dodali nejprve špatný a teprve pak dobrý. Špatná (ne)komunikace.
Viking deadline for Viking parts. Never buy this brand again and never in this store! I have a mower and a tractor from them, and I always had them out of service for about two months because they were unable to deliver the spare part in turn, or they delivered the wrong one and only then good. Bad (not) communication.

Oprava v záruce dle ujištění prodejce měla být bezplatná.
Bez upozornění záruční opravu vyúčtovali a dožadovali se úhrady.
Špatná komunikace.
