Paní Závodná mě a manželce ukazovala byt, kde jsme několikrát slyšeli příběh o majiteli, z období před 13 lety, hezký ale k ničemu.
Paní Závodná neměla žádné informace o technickém stavu bytu ani domu, vše bylo v prvé řadě ve stylu: "si myslím" následně "nemám/nevím" a na dotaz zda-li by šlo dodat odpověděla pouze "ne, nešlo".
Na dotaz odkud jsme, jsme odvětili Olomouc, následovala série lživých informací o občanské dostupnosti a cenách nemovitostí v okrese.
Proč lživých? Protože si již dva roky dělám sám detailní průzkum realit a plus bonus jsem ve FM jsem 25 let žil.
Jedna hvězdička, že paní přijela na smluvenou prohlídku včas.
Tragedy! Real estate agency STING? Never more.
Mrs. Závodná showed me and my wife the apartment, where we heard the story of the owner several times, from the period 13 years ago, nice but useless.
Mrs. Závodná had no information about the technical condition of the apartment or house, everything was primarily in the style: "I think" then "I do not have / do not know" and when asked if it could be delivered, she answered only "no, it did not work".
When asked where we came from, we replied Olomouc, followed by a series of false information about civic accessibility and real estate prices in the district.
Why false? Because I've been doing a detailed real estate survey myself for two years now, and plus a bonus, I've lived in FM for 25 years.
One star that the lady arrived for the arranged inspection on time.
