★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neomluvitelné jednání - nejprve domluva na termín prohlídky, nadšení, že se majitel konečně dočká prodeje a pořídí si další nemovitost, pak se nikdo nedostavil ...,,prý jsme jsme si napsali špatný termín,, a nakonec nám bylo sděleno, že se nic neprodává, že si to majitel rozmyslel, že nemá kde bydlet, přitom byt byl prázdný, neobydlený a bezúspěšně prodáván přes půl roku.
 Unforgivable negotiations - first an agreement on the date of the inspection, enthusiasm that the owner will finally see the sale and buy another property, then no one came ... "it is said that we wrote a bad date", and finally we were told that nothing does not sell that the owner changed his mind that he has nowhere to live, while the apartment was empty, unoccupied and unsuccessfully sold for over half a year.
