★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pristup. Ochotni jak ze strany maklere tak i hypotecniho poradce. Zavolaji vam , domluvime se atd. Oproti 5 realitkam kde jsme hledali byt byla tahle nejlepsi :)
Super pristup. Willing both broker and mortgage advisor. Call you, let's talk, etc. Compared to 5 real estate where we were looking for an apartment this was the best :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost s pardubickou pobočkou: neomluvitelné jednání - nejprve domluva na termín prohlídky, nadšení, že se majitel konečně dočká prodeje a pořídí si další nemovitost, pak se nikdo nedostavil ...,,prý jsme jsme si napsali špatný termín,, a nakonec nám bylo sděleno, že se nic neprodává, že si to majitel rozmyslel, že nemá kde bydlet, přitom byt byl prázdný, neobydlený a bezúspěšně prodáván přes půl roku.
Experience with the Pardubice branch: inexcusable negotiations - first an agreement on the date of the inspection, enthusiasm that the owner will finally see the sale and buy another property, then no one came ... "it is said that we wrote a bad date" and finally we said that nothing was sold, that the owner changed his mind that he had nowhere to live, while the apartment was empty, unoccupied and unsuccessfully sold for over half a year.
