J	J Martinek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezervace on-line ok na 7-8hod. Doba strávená na STK 1hod 20min. Příjemný personál. Škoda, že venku není lavička, přes hodinu postávat okolo baráku nic moc a posezení uvnitř je dobré možná tak v zimě.
M	Martina Froňkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30.12. voláno s dotazem, zda je možné dnes nebo zítra zajet na stk a emise. Arogantní paní na telefonu mi sdělila, že pokud mi to není blbé, přijet mohu. Ano, zítra je Silvestr, ale otevřeno podle informace od paní na telefonu mají do 13h. Dnes otevřeno podle stránek do 17h. Neumim si představit, přijet sem bez telefonu předem. Jeli jsme samozřejmě jinam, kde nás o pracovní den vzali a normálně nám odpověděli na dotaz, jakou mají kapacitu. Bohužel podobnou aroganci jsme zažili s druhým autem již v říjnu. 30.12. called to ask if it is possible to go to stk and emissions today or tomorrow. I can't imagine coming here without a phone in advance. Of course, we went elsewhere, where they took us a working day and normally answered our question about their capacity. Unfortunately, we experienced a similar arrogance with the second car in October.
P	Petr Bouša on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emise a STK jsem na této stanici neabsolvoval, takže proces nemohu hodnotit. Co však hodnotit mohu je komunikace. Snažil jsem si v lednu zarezervovat termín emailem, ale technik mi odpověděl po dvou emailech, že je na rezervaci brzo, ať se ozvu v únoru. Když jsem se ozval začátkem února s žádostí o termín, tak mi technik odepsal, že není třeba rezervace. Na webových stránkách je online rezervace nefunkční (zřejmě ani nikdy funkční nebyla). V 21. století mi přijde online rezervace na takovéto služby jako stěžejní. Néé každý má čas a chuť dorazit na kontrolu ráno v nekonkrétní den a čekat až vás budou míjet automobily, které dorazí po vás. Raději jsem na STK a Emise zajel do Švermova ačkoliv mám vaši stanici skoro za rohem. Zřejmě pro vás není kšeft důležitý. Ale kdo chce kam, pomozme mu tam. I tried to book an appointment by email in January, but the technician replied after two emails that it was early to book, let me call in February. When I called in early February requesting an appointment, the technician wrote me that no reservation was needed. The online booking on the website is broken (apparently never worked). In the 21st century, online bookings for such services come to me as crucial. Not everyone has the time and desire to arrive in the morning on an unspecified day and wait for the cars to arrive after you. I preferred to go to STK and Emise in Švermov, although I have your station almost around the corner. Probably business is not important to you. But who wants where, let's help him there.

Měl jsem problém Octavii2 2009 na emisich se systém Bosh- 3tydny nedokázali poradit, posílá mě do Škoda servisu, kde oznámili, že auto nemá žádný problém. Až pan Nosek z ministerstva dopravy mi domluvil, místo zde, kde mají AVL a auto bez problémů okamzitě prošlo. Děkuji všem zúčastněným této patálie! 10 dní před dovolenou v Římě, jsem rád že auto prošlo, foto je inspirativní...:)
