The cooperation with the "mobile façade studio Sto" seemed to be very beneficial from the beginning. And their deputy, Mr. Pecha. Subsequently, Mr. Pecha will send a reasonable calculation for insulation and the facade. Then a sea of ​​time. Another visit with the company that will perform the insulation and suddenly I will learn that the calculation will still be adjusted !!! (And the company and Mr. Pecha already had all the dimensions). After making sure that it will only be a cosmetic adjustment of the original calculation, we receive 14 days! a new calculation before starting work. "Only" with almost 50,000 CZK increase compared to the original calculation. Well, don't take it. Not really this. Personally, I perceive it as a fraud and a total waste of time. I do not recommend. 22.5. 2020 addition to the response of the Sto mobile studio: Thank you for your response, I am now 100% sure and glad to have stopped working with you. If you want to claim that you do not value scaffolding in the offer, you are amateurs. In addition, you had scaffolding in both offers. In the second you happened. Absolutely nothing changed in the house between the first and second visit, so I don't see a single reason why you couldn't take into account the trimming of the plaster and other acts you wrote in the first offer, you saw everything. I emphasize that the amount of the increase was much higher than you state. You should compare prices with VAT and prices without VAT, not mix them. But I'm not surprised you didn't see it. The price with VAT is clearly visible in the first offer. For the second offer, you must read in small print that these are prices without VAT. Mistakes are clearly on your side. The exact increase is CZK 38,649. RN

I asked the company for insulation and a facade (a year ago). The first demand disappeared into the unknown, the 2nd probably got to where it was and there was a meeting and focus on real estate.
