V	Vladimir Koranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktorka Ngoc (Perla) Ngyuen, Sestřička Markéta Vněnková. S plombami si daly velmi záležet. Ceny normální. Doktorka na rozdíl od jiných stomatologů sestře téměř nic neříkala a fungovaly jako velmi dobře sehraný tým. Komunikace s pacientem dobrá. Konečně jsme taky po 2 letech našli doktorku, co umí dělat i malé děti. Doktorka Ngoc je hezká. Bohužel, na rozdíl od zkušenějších stomatoložek si při práci skoro vůbec neopírá prsa o hlavu pacienta. :( :). Klinika při následné platbě na pokladně požaduje dobrovolný příspěvek na ochranné pomůcky pro lékaře (na výběr máte dokonce 50 nebo 130 Kč :). To není vhodná cesta, jak klinice - majitelům - vylepšovat bilanci (navíc zubařské klinice). Je to jako kdyby chtěl právník od klienta peníze na roušku. JUDr. Ing. Unlike other dentists, the doctor said almost nothing to the nurse and functioned as a very well-coordinated team. Communication with the patient is good. Finally, after 2 years, we also found a doctor who can do even small children. Dr. Ngoc is pretty. Unfortunately, unlike more experienced dentists, she hardly rests her breasts on the patient's head at work. :( :). The clinic requires a voluntary contribution to protective aids for doctors during the subsequent payment at the box office (you can even choose 50 or 130 CZK :). This is not a good way for clinics - owners - to improve their balance (in addition to dental clinics). It's as if a lawyer wants money from a client for a veil. JUDr. Ing. Absolute satisfaction ! H	Hádej “Hádej Kde” Kde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dneska jsem byl na extrakci zubů moudrosti nikdy mi takový zákrok nebyl dělaný.. takže ve středu jak blázen.. Pán doktor velmi suprový vše vysvětlil a na požádání pripichl dalším anestetikem ..pokud budu mít zas někdy zadanku na vyjmutí zubu jedině tam ? Today I was on the extraction of wisdom teeth, such a procedure was never done to me .. so on Wednesday how crazy .. Mr. Doctor very super explained everything and on request pinned another anesthetic .. if I will ever have an assignment to remove a tooth only there ?
H	Haninnka2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto klinikou nemám dobré zkušenosti. Teď nemluvím o lékařských schopnostech, to vždy proběhlo bez větších komplikací. Ale jednání těch slečen co sedí za recepcí je opravdu příšerné. Od pohledu arogantní, vše je problém. Objednat s předstihem se nemůžete, ale když voláte za týden tak už je to pozdě. Dvakrát mi zrušili termín ošetření. Nedoporučuji!
L	Lucie Markova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogance recepce je opravdu raději bez komentáře. Takže tuto kliniku opravdu nedoporučuji, recepce je základ všech firem. Bohužel zubařů je nedostatek, a tak je jim jedno, jak se chovají. Svoje klienty už mají. The arrogance of the reception is really better without comment. So I really do not recommend this clinic, the reception is the basis of all companies. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of dentists, so they don't care how they behave. They already have clients.
B	Barbora Procházková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím udělit velmi negativní recenzi a upozornit na toto zařízení. Jednalo se o objednání preventivní prohlídky zubů (hrozba větší kazivosti) v těhotenství. V zařízení jsem registrovaná již dlouhodobě. Na počátku těhotenství jsem žádala o urgentní termín, objednali mne cca za půl roku. Při blížení termínu zubní prevence, mne kontaktovali, že je paní doktorka nemocná a že mi termín kontroly posunou o cca 14 dní na dnes. OK stane se i lékaři jsou pouze lidi. Dnes hovor z recepce, že je paní doktorka opět nemocná a že se termín ruší. To už mne opravdu rozčílilo, opravdu neprofesionální přístup. V práci jsem si již zařídila volno kvůli lékaři, nemluvě o tom, že porod mám za necelé 2 měsíce, pokud bych se potýkala s kazivostí zubů v těhotenství, už by bylo jaksi pozdě. Nemluvě o tom, že je pro mne návštěva zubaře stresující sama o sobě natož v pokročilém stádiu těhotenství.:( Asistentku jsem po telefonu opravdu prosila jestli už to můžeme vyřídit, že už jsem z toho opravdu nešťastná, nejde, zkusila mi najít nejbližší termín. Další termín mám tedy na pátek 7:30 s velkou obavou jestli to tentokrát vyjde. Nemluvě o tom, že jméno ošetřující lékařky ani neznám, jelikož se mi již asi 3x změnila.:( Pokud můžete, tomuto zařízení se vyhněte… I have to give a very negative review and point out this device. It was about ordering a preventive examination of teeth (threat of greater caries) during pregnancy. I have been registered in the facility for a long time. At the beginning of my pregnancy, I asked for an urgent appointment, they ordered me in about half a year. As the date of dental prevention approached, they contacted me that the doctor was ill and that the date of the check-up would be postponed by about 14 days to today. OK happens and doctors are just people. Today, a call from the reception desk says that the doctor is ill again and that the deadline is being canceled. That really pissed me off, a really unprofessional approach. At work, I have already taken time off for a doctor, not to mention that I have given birth in less than 2 months, if I had to deal with tooth decay during pregnancy, it would have been too late. Not to mention that a visit to the dentist is stressful in itself, let alone in an advanced stage of pregnancy. So I have another date for Friday 7:30 with great concern if it will work out this time, not to mention that I don't even know the name of the attending physician, as it has already changed me about 3 times :( If you can, avoid this facility…
Y	Yakuza Dojo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really afraid of dentist, however I've been very lucky to find this studio. I started with a very complicated operation, but all it was very clean and effective. I really advise you, to try them, besides they accept VZP, a very big plus.
N	Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend Innova Stoma enough. I had my wisdom teeth extracted there and they handled it as smoothly and gently as possible. English-speaking, professional, fast appointments, good explanations and care.
