★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechapu,proc doktor prijima nove pacienty. Pri akutnim problemu jsem dostala termin za dva mesice! Tak jsem se objednala k nemeckemu stomatologovi (termin okamzite), protoze pracuju v Nemecku. A navic nemeckemu lekari rozumim.
I don't understand why the doctor will accept new patients. In case of an acute problem, I got a term in two months! So I ordered a German dentist (deadline immediately) because I work in Germany. And I understand the German doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prijemny personal, hezke prostredi, ceny standardni. Objednaci lhuty jsou delsi, ale to je rovnez vsude; navic se s pani recepcni da domluvit, ze zavola, kdyz nekdo vypadne z rozvrhu. Jinak velika spokojenost.
Pleasant staff, nice environment, standard prices. Order deadlines are longer, but it's also everywhere; in addition, she can arrange with the receptionist to call when someone drops out of the schedule. Otherwise great satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nic nemůžu vytknout čekací doba přiměřená nebyl jsem registrován takže jsem musel čekat ale v ordinaci to byla rychlost Doktor řekl co a jak a hned se do toho pustil prostě paráda nějaká bolest proběhla ale pak ta úleva můžu jen doporučit
I can't complain, the waiting time was reasonable, I wasn't registered, so I had to wait, but it was speed in the surgery. The doctor said what and how and immediately. It just started to show some pain, but then I can only recommend the relief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší přístup, pan Doktor už po druhé mi odřekl termín přímo v ordinaci. Hlavně že nechavá podepisovat pacienty "podmínky ošetření" o tom jak by se měl pacient omlouvat a platit za neomluvené příchody. Velmi pěkné
The worst approach, Mr. Doctor, for the second time, gave me an appointment right in the surgery. Mainly because he lets patients sign "treatment conditions" about how the patient should apologize and pay for unexcused arrivals. Very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu se snaží a daří se mu, aby zákroky byly bezbolestné a maximálně příjemné (jestli se to dá o zubaři říct).
He really tries and manages to make the procedures painless and as pleasant as possible (if you can say that about the dentist).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem volala a dotazovala se ošetření 4 letého syna s akutní bolestí zubu, bylo mi řečeno , že se mám objednat po novém roce, což je cca za 14 dní. S tímto přístupem jsem se ještě nesetkala. Jsem zděšena přístupem tohoto lékaře.
