Dobrý den, rád bych pochválil pana doktora za výbornou práci. Pan doktor je nesmírně šikovný a pečlivý zubař. S hledáním zubaře jsem měl v poslední době problém, a tak bych Vám všem, kteří hledají skutečného odborníka, pana doktora určitě doporučil!!! Má velmi příjemné prostředí - ordinace je zcela nová a vybavená těmi nejmodernějšími přístroji. Při každém kroku Vám pan zubař vysvětlí, co bude dělat, a jak to bude dělat. V průběhu se Vás několikrát zeptá, jestli je vše v pořádku a zda Vás zákrok nebolí - což je v mém případě ideální, protože jsem dost velký strašpytel. Jsem strašně rád, že mám možnost k panu doktorovi chodit, protože to stojí za to! K tomu mu ještě navíc asistuje velmi sympatická paní sestřička, která se o Vás po dobu zákroku pečlivě stará. Za mě určitě 10/10!!!

Špičkové služby. Pan doktor je schopen a ochoten se na všem domluvit. Funguje vše od naprosto standardních věcí až po mimořádné události. Jsem dlouhodobě naprosto spokojen. Chodíme sem celá rodina již několik let a rozhodně nehodláme nic měnit.

Naprosto skvělá péče. Ta nejlepší! Jsem velmi rada, ze mohu byt pacientkou pana doktora Kharashuna. Pan doktor je špička ve svém oboru, profesionál, detailista s velmi milým přístupem k pacientům. Ordinace je krasna, čistá, moderní a přístroje prvotřídní. K panu doktorovi se vždy velmi těším, beze strachu, naopak, s plnou důvěrou, jelikož vím, ze jsem v tech nejlepších rukách. Po několika špatných zkušenostech se zubari, jsem konecne rada, ze jsem našla někoho jako je prave pan doktor Kharashun. Stejně výbornou zkušenost mám i manzelkou pana doktora, která provádí dentální hygienu. Velmi děkuji za Vaše služby ??

Skvělé příjemné místo a ještě lepší personál. Pan doktor je prostě profesionál. Docházel jsem sem před 2-mi lety, pan doktor mi zachránil 2 zuby a od té doby jsem neměl problém :)

Po dnešní návštěvě se už zubaře nebojím??. Skvělý přístup, starost a péče o pacienta, bezbolestny zákrok, doporučuji na 1000% pana doktora i paní doktorku na dentální hygieně. Super a moc děkuji ?

I intentionally opted this clinic because I wanted English dentist and service. Lady dentist was fine and spoke descent English but the staff(lady) who took my Xray was completely nervous and was not able to even take Xray with confident and forgot to give me protection coat but she said to me she is nervous and I thought it's okay and let's continue with her. I came to the doctor because one of my gums swell every 15 days and I needed help as it becomes difficult to chew .Doctor told that dental hygiene will help in that and as I have lots of calculus and dental hygiene expert will explain me how to use brush and dental floss . I booked dental Hygiene at the same place as I thought my pain and swelling will be better after cleaning but dental hygiene lady was also very nervous and on top of that she does not speak English at all. She used quite cold water while cleaning and I started feeling sensitivity I tried to explain her but there was nobody who can translate . Apart from that she did not clean my main upper teeth and told me after 20 minutes you need 1 more appointment . I tried to speak in broken Czech that I have sensitivity by cold water and please focus also in my upper teeth where swelling happens every 15 days but she did not understand anything at all. It was a horrible experience . I asked her is there any body to speak in English. She said everyone left at 4 pm already . I felt cheated in that clinic and left after 30 minutes in which she only worked for 20 minutes as she started late and used cold water and didn't even started with my immediate problem. Her main motive was to drag it more with another appointment. They asked me for 30 minutes charges which I denied too as it the horrible experience for me mentally and physically. They have unprofessional staff. I can't imagine how can she tell me about brushing and floss if she cant understand that I have sensitivity with cold water and make it warm. They should have focus on the areas which are critical rather than trying to make another appointment cost 1500 Kc. They later called my husband and cancelled my further wisdom tooth filling appointment. I felt that they are very unprofessional and very rude. They did not apologies at all that staff did not speak English etc and on top of it cancelled my appointment. They only accept cash .WORST dentist in Prague as per my experience. I believe sooner or later they will realize that nobody wants bad service. Smita T

So far this was the best dentist experience for me in Prague. The stuff was super hospitable and qualified, the atmosphere was nice and cozy. Despite the fact, that i`m not quite a fan of going to dentist`s, this experience proved e to be wrong.
