N	Nikol 945 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na tuto kliniku jsem docházela velmi často a nechávala jsem tam nemalé částky . Po čase jsem ale odešla k jinému zubaři na doporučení mé známé.Po vstupním vyšetření zubař zjistil že kanálky které mi předchozí klinika čistila byla naprosto odfláknutá práce . I přes to že se to provádělo přes doporučený mikroskop kanálky nebyly zcela vyčištěné natož zaplněné , tudíž zánět je stále tam . Nemluvě o tom že mi ten zub uzavřeli s kazem který byl opravdu nepřehlédnutelný .Zákrok mě stál 7 000 Kč , pokud máte peněz na zbyt neváhejte a jděte tam . I went to this clinic very often and left considerable sums there. After a while, however, I went to another dentist on the recommendation of an acquaintance of mine. Despite the fact that this was done through the recommended microscope, the channels were not completely cleaned, let alone filled, so the inflammation is still there. Not to mention that they closed my tooth with a decay that was really unmissable. The procedure cost me CZK 7,000, if you have money for the rest, don't hesitate and go there.
D	Deni tattooing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S klinikou jsem velmi spokojená. Ze zubaře jsem měla vždy hrozný strach, ale tady mě nikdy žádný zákrok nebolel. Plomby, dentální hygiena a dokonce čištění kanálků u šestky opravdu bez bolesti a s příjemným jednáním. Byla jsem zde i dvakrát na extrakci všech osmiček (vždy po dvou zubech) a absolutně bez problému a bez bolesti. Ceny jsou vyšší, ale zrovna při otázce zdraví zubů se z mého pohledu vyplatí investovat. Doporučuji každému, kdo chce kvalitní péči a bezbolestnost :) I am very satisfied with the clinic. I've always been terribly afraid of the dentist, but no procedure has ever hurt me here. Seals, dental hygiene and even cleaning the ducts of the six really without pain and with pleasant behavior. I was here twice to extract all eights (always after two teeth) and absolutely no problem and no pain. Prices are higher, but when it comes to dental health, it pays to invest in my view. I recommend to anyone who wants quality care and painlessness :)
L	Lucie Přibylová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První návštěva byla skvělá do chvíle, než mi paní doktorka našla 3 kazy, které odmítla opravit, dokud u nich nepodstoupím dentální hygienu. Když jsem volala, že mě bolí zub, tak mě odmítli ošetřit, že jsem u nich byla pouze jednou a nemají pro mne volné místo. I když paní na recepci slíbila, že mi zavolá po domluvě s doktorkou, tak už se neozvala. Za mne tedy veliké zklamání a jen důkaz toho, že tady jde HLAVNĚ o peníze :-( The first visit was great until the doctor found me 3 caries, which she refused to repair until I underwent dental hygiene. When I called that my tooth hurt, they refused to treat me, that I had only been with them once and that they had no free space for me. Although the lady at the reception promised to call me after talking to the doctor, she did not answer. So a big disappointment for me and just proof that this is MAINLY about money :-(

Paní doktorka mi našla na jednom zubu kaz a hned mě objednala na opravu, která měla stát asi 2.500 Kč. Jelikož jsem musela v objednaném termínu nečekaně odjet pracovně pryč, termín jsem zrušila. Protože mě nic netrápilo, zapomněla jsem na to, že bych se měla objednat a nakonec jsem se objednala na další prohlídku až nedávno. Před prohlídkou jsem MUSELA absolvovat zubní hygienu (na dvakrát). S tím jsem ale byla naprosto v pohodě. Na prohlídce, kde jsem celkem strávila 3 minuty, jsem se dozvěděla, že je vše v pořádku, ale paní doktorka pronesla, že to raději ještě zkontroluje “kamerkou”. Po kamerce mi řekla, že je vše skutečně v pořádku, jen že je tam jeden lehce odvápněný zub, ale s tím není potřeba nic dělat, že to budeme hlídat. Ten zub, který mi před dvěma lety měli spravovat. Takže po 3 minutách v ordinaci: “Tak, vše je v pořádku a bude to 500,- za kamerku. Budete platit hotově nebo kartou?” ….moje nespokojenost je hlavně z toho důvodu, že se mě nikdo nezeptal, zda mám o kontrolu “kamerkou” zájem a že to bude stát 500,-. Na internetu jsem se až pozdě dočetla, že tyto základní úkony, jako jsou preventivní prohlídky, jsou hrazeny pojišťovnou. Ale jelikož mám zuby zdravé, bylo potřeba mi vnutit alespoň placenou kontrolu “kamerkou”. :-) Úsměvné, ale už určitě nepřijdu. A nejde mi o peníze, jde mi o princip. 2 years ago, I was here for the first time on a preventive examination. The doctor found a decay on one of my teeth and immediately ordered me for a repair, which was to cost about CZK 2,500. Since I had to leave for work unexpectedly at the ordered date, I canceled the date. Because nothing bothered me, I forgot that I should book and finally I booked for another tour only recently. Before the examination, I HAVE to undergo dental hygiene (twice). But I was absolutely fine with that. During the examination, where I spent a total of 3 minutes, I learned that everything was fine, but the doctor said that she would rather check it with a "camera". She told me on camera that everything was really fine, only that there was one slightly decalcified tooth, but there was no need to do anything about it, we would watch it. The tooth they were supposed to manage for me two years ago. So after 3 minutes in the surgery: “Well, everything is fine and it will be 500, - per camera. Will you pay in cash or by card? ” … .My dissatisfaction is mainly due to the fact that no one asked me if I am interested in checking with a “camera” and that it will cost 500, -. It was too late to read on the Internet that these basic tasks, such as preventive examinations, are covered by the insurance company. But since my teeth are healthy, I had to force at least a paid "camera" check. :-) Funny, but I will definitely not come. And it's not about money, it's about principle.

As I have read some comments, people complain about, that they don't have the same dentist all the time, but who cares, if the job is professionaly done by another dentist.
