S	San Dra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes odpoledne jsme byli s prababičkou na stomato-chirurgické ambulanci kvůli špatně vytrženému zubu. Nejprve jsme zkusili pohotovost u nás ve městě, kde nás ochotně poslali k jiné zubařce. Byli jsme posláni do FN Plzeň. Napůl vyřízení jsme našli úžasné 7. patro, kde nás velmi mile překvapil příjemný a ochotný personál. Zrovna se střídající doktoři nám podávali informace, co budou s prababičkou vlastně dělat. Dlouho jsme se s takovým přístupem nesetkali a proto bychom chtěli moc poděkovat těmto hodným lidem, kteří nám pomohli s obrovskou starostí. Díky! First we tried an emergency room in our city, where they willingly sent us to another dentist. We were sent to the University Hospital Pilsen. Half done, we found an amazing 7th floor, where we were very pleasantly surprised by the pleasant and helpful staff. The alternating doctors gave us information about what they would actually do with the great-grandmother. We have not encountered such an approach for a long time, so we would like to thank these good people who helped us with great concern. Thanks!

Dnes jsem měla tu čest poznat pana doktora MDDr. Vyskočila spolu se šikovnou sestřičkou. Pan doktor velice profesionální a hlavně s lidským přístupem, snažil se mi co nejvíce pomoci a to i s odbouráním stresu a strachu. Jestli ještě někdy někam na extrakci zubu či na něco jiného, tak jedině na stomatologii FN Lochotín. Tímto ještě jednou moc děkuji. Today's visit was a great relief. K	Katka Suchanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla na odstraňování dolní osmičky, přístup personálu byl moc fajn, pan doktor byl milý a pozorný, ale ten jeho "asistent" to byl děs. Chápu, že se to musí někde naučit, ale neustálé upozorňování ze strany lékaře, že něco dělá ne úplně správně bych také přežila, ale to, že mi ten "moc" šikovný" asistent držel hák, abych měla lépe otevřenou pusu takovým stylem, že mi sedřel kůži, i když jsem se ozvala několikrát, že mě to dře, tak to fakt nepochopím, prostě "ochota sama". Pokud tohle má jít jednou do praxe tak se modleme. Byla jsme na trhání spodních osmiček, bylo nutné je vyndat chirurgicky protože rostly obě stejně blbě, směrem k sobě a koukali jen z části. Při první návštěvě jsme se dohodli na termínu, bylo mi vysvětleno jak to proběhne. Nebudu lhát při prvním trhání jsem byla vážně po.. strachy. Naštěstí byli sestřička i pan doktor moc hodní a vážně se nebylo čeho bát. Vše proběhlo bez problémů a při druhé návštěvě už jsem šla celkem i v klidu. Počáteční nervozita opadla jste než začala působit injekce. Ještě jednou moc děkuji panu doktorovi Gutwirthovi i sestřičkám. Trhání bylo tak skvělé jak jen trhání asi může být. O prvním zubu jsem ani nevěděla, ani náznak otoku, je mírná bolest první tři dny. Po druhém zubu ze mě byl na tři dny křeček zato úplně bez bolesti. I didn't even know about the first tooth, not a hint of swelling, it's a mild pain for the first three days. After the second tooth of me, the hamster was completely pain-free for three days.

Chtěli mě zabít, protože jsem mimozemšťan.Začala extrakce zubu moudrosti Dostal jsem anestezii, ale lék nezabral. V tu chvíli začal zub odstraňovat.Zastavil jsem se a třikrát řekl, že ten zub zase cítím. Řekl jsem mu, že to velmi bolí. A že jsem nemocný, opakoval jsem třikrát.Dokonce mi řekl, že se lidé snažili dostat ven. Neměl čas čekat. A sestra s ním opakovala to samé. Že na nás venku čekali lidé. Chyběla mi ale sestra Uvědomil si, že jsem nemocný a otevřel okno, aby dovnitř vpustil vzduch.Doktor dokonce pokračoval v odstraňování zubu a já byl v bezvědomí asi 30 minut .Když jsem došel k poznání, že zub nebyl odstraněn a tento neadekvátní lékař mi řekl, abych pokračoval v odstraňování zubu?Věřte mi, že nemá cenu chodit na tuto kliniku na trhání zubu a pokud je tady někdo právník, tak mi moc pomozte takovou diskriminaci vymýtit. A k odstranění nedbalosti Kdyby to byla moje vůle, podržel bych všechny v místnosti, kdo jsi byl, pokud chceš jiného lékaře, když vidíš, že se před tebou děje zločin a nereaguješ, je to pro mě taky zločin.Právníci Napište mi, jestli můžete tohoto lékaře nějak pohnat k odpovědnosti I'm from Georgia. J	Jana Remsova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu přístup na tomto stomatologickém oddělení ve fn Plzeň. Pan doktor Tomáš Kopecký je mladý doktor zřejmě čerstvě po škole! Nejen že neříká důležité informace pacientům... Ale i jeho přístup a nejen jeho ale i sester není profesionální. Nevím podle čeho do této nemocnice berete nové lékaře ale měli by jste se nad sebou hodně zamyslet a vybírat opravdu esa! S takovýmto přístupem nejste hodni pracovat jako lékaři a zdr.sestry! Zatajovat informace takové že pacienti jsou na tom ještě hůř.., zdravotní stav pacientů se nelepší ale naopak se horší a co mi Teda vůbec nejde do hlavy, jak si můžete dovolit odmítnout pacienta když potřebuje vyšetření!! Prostě lékaři na tomto oddělení nepříjemni, neochotni a bohužel jsem nucena podat trestné oznámení. I do not understand the approach at this dental department in the Pilsen University Hospital. The doctors in this department are simply uncomfortable, reluctant and unfortunately I am forced to file a criminal complaint.
