I ordered slate from this company by phone, and after the fourth emergency and six weeks late, I preferred to buy elsewhere for a similar price. Fortunately, we did not pay the deposit because they could hardly be called.

My wife and I bought this firm Kvarcit Patagonia as part of an autumn discount for CZK 455 per m2. The representative of the company was willing to give us the stone delivery to our address without any problem within a week. I can only recommend the seller, everything was arranged and on time.

I warn everyone about this business. He promises the impossible, but the deed escapes. they don’t take phones, they don’t deliver the promised material. The construction is waiting and Mr. Škopek is laughing. He doesn't care, under his leadership the company went bankrupt.

We had bad references for this company, but we drove around and coincidentally we had a really nice Brazilian quartzite for an attractive price. On 13.8. I visited the company and specified my assignment. Subsequently, I was promised an offer within three days. After nothing happened for a week and I tried to call them in vain, I succeeded once another week and I learned that the owner is in the bank, then he was at the post office, then in the warehouse and then I did not call, after three weeks, when I was driving around, I stopped and was promised an offer the next day and information about Mr. Boss' illness, I didn't get it for another three days, and I didn't get it out until I stopped there because no one was answering the phone. I had a hundred desires to send them to hell, but the quality and price were considerable and I didn't deal with it with anyone else, they seemed professionally good, Mr. Škopek (something like an executive) was a folk narrator, but he seemed to understand it. Subsequently, we received an offer for a nice price, where the quartzite 8-14 pcs per meter was based on 425 CZK with VAT and a large 5-8 pcs per meter for 622 CZK with VAT, including transport. At this point, I learned that after 4 weeks of waiting, the delivery time is not 6 weeks, but 10 weeks. Subsequently, I was told that it would be better for me to order it in the spring. This surprised me a bit and after the information that they have the stated quantity in stock, they just have to check it, we broke up, this was promised to me the next day. Since then, the company has not picked up the phone, denied it and did not reply to emails. After two weeks full of anger, I went there and received information that they had not called anywhere, that the man was on vacation and that they would call him in 2 weeks. I said goodbye to them and the cup of my patience overflowed. I did not understand and do not understand the actions of this company and based on my experience I cannot recommend it for its actions. I arranged the goods that day with another company and it just laughed when I said what happened to me and who it was with. As a candy, I was told that if I wrote a review on google, they would file a criminal complaint against me. :-)
