Pan co má šedive vlasy nejen že nepozdravi zákazníka jako první ale pokud ho pozdravíte vy neodpovi a je sprostý jak dlazdic, sama pia kuva když se mu nedařilo vyřezat klic. Ze tri zaměstnanců byla příjemná pouze jedna paní. Asi by raději seděli někde u vody, což je pochopitelné ale sprostá slova do obchodu nepatří. Choosing nothing much but it wouldn't matter if the salesmen didn't behave as if they were punishable. Mr. Gray hair not only does not greet the customer first, but if you greet him not respond and is dirty as a tile, herself when she was unable to carve a key. Of the three employees, only one lady was pleased. Perhaps they would rather sit somewhere near the water, which is understandable but the dirty words do not belong to the trade.

T	TomTheMelonCat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrémně nepříjemná obsluha - při jednoduchém dotazu vám zaměstnanci (zejména jeden chudovlasý pán) dávají najevo, abyste co nejdříve odešli, neboť je evidentně dotazem obtěžujete. Na otázku, jež jsem položil, mi ani pořádně nebylo odpovězeno a nebyla zde vůbec snaha zákazníkovi pomoct/navrhnout řešení nebo poradit - prostý odkaz na další dvě možná železářství, kde hledanou věc možná mají, a tím to končí. Měl jsem v plánu zde nakoupit mnohem více věcí, ale po shlédnutí kyselých obličejů obsluhy a nechuti se zákazníkovi věnovat, děkuji, nikdy více - to se raději projdu do vzdálenějšího železářství, kde se mi dostane zákaznické péče. Děs a hrůza... Extremely unpleasant service - with a simple inquiry, the staff (especially one poor-haired gentleman) tells you to leave as soon as possible, as you are obviously bothered by the inquiry. The question I asked was not even answered properly and there was no attempt at all to help / suggest a solution or advise the customer - a simple reference to two other possible hardware stores, where they may have the thing they are looking for, and that is the end of it. I planned to buy a lot more things here, but after seeing the sour faces of the staff and the reluctance to pay attention to the customer, thank you, never again - I'd rather go to a more distant hardware store, where I get customer care. Terror and horror ...

Velice nepříjemný arogantní personál,nebo možná ten nesympaticky majitel. Už tam nebudeme nakupovat. U vjezdu velký výmol,zničil nám tlumič.
