★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál lže, jenom aby prodal. Manžel šel pro rum oakheart a na prodejně mu tvrdili, že už je pod jinou značkou a doporučovali mu jiný. No ještě, že stramis není jediný velkosklad alkoholu v Havířově... U Vavříka na Šumbarku ho měli a ještě levnější. A teď, po cca měsíci se díváme, a ve stramisu už taky oakheart mají.... No k vam uz ani v nouzi...
 The staff lies just to sell. The husband went for rum oakheart and the store told him that he was already under a different brand and recommended another. Well, the fact that stramis is not the only alcohol warehouse in Havířov ... They had it at Vavřík's in Šumbark and it was even cheaper. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejni doba od 9 do 17, bez komentare, v porovnani s drivejskem... to bych si radeji lahev vyzvedl v tom skladu.
Sales hours from 9 to 17, no comment, compared to Drivejsko ... I'd rather pick up the bottle in that warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy jsem tam nakupovala strašně ráda,ale po dnešním chování slečny u pokladny si to asi rozmyslím.Neni to totiž první špatná zkušenost,a velice se jí omlouvám že nejsem znalec piva ?čekala jsem že mi aspoň trošku poradi ale bohužel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E-shop můžu určitě doporučit. Zboží jsem objednala přes zásilkovnu, kdy mi sice přišlo rozbité, ale ihned problém vyřešili a obratem mi poslali přes kurýra nové. Super komunikace, rychlost dodání. ??
I can definitely recommend the e-shop. I ordered the goods through the mailroom, when I received the broken one, but they immediately solved the problem and immediately sent me a new one via courier. Super communication, speed of delivery. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10. den čekám na zboží. Nikdy už odtud nic neobjednám. Pořád nic nepřišlo, komunikace s dopravcem strašná, nikdo nic neví. Když máte špatného dopravce, tak aspoň neslibujte termín dodání. Děkuji za způsobené komplikace.
I am waiting for the goods on the 10th day. I'll never order anything from here again. Nothing still came, the communication with the carrier was terrible, no one knows anything. If you have the wrong carrier, at least don't promise a delivery date. Thank you for the complications.
