★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Onderka neprovedl slíbenou opravu střechy, a na telefon nereaguje. Je to nehezké se takhle chovat k zákazníkovi. Ostuda pro celý Štěpánov, kde firma sídlí.
Mr. Onderka did not carry out the promised repair of the roof, and does not answer the phone. It's ugly to treat a customer like this. A shame for the whole Štěpánov, where the company is based.
