J	Jan Gemrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice medieval styled hotel, staff is nice, food was OK, the rooms are clean, offer amenities you would get from 2* hotel in medieval styling. Fast WiFi. The lost star is for overheated rooms with no water bottles and somewhat basic breakfast offering.

M	Martin Chmelař on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night in this hotel, we certainly could not handle more: - there was fierce heat in the room and there is impossible to regulate the heating. By impossible I don't mean that the regulator was broken, but that the regulator simply doesn't exist. The only opportunity is to open a small window in the room, which is not applicable if there is a big chill outside. In the morning I was like dried cod (there are no glasses for drinking or cleaning teeth available). - from about midnight until cca three in the morning the speaker in your room starts very loud, wannabe scary sounds (as a creaking door, vampire laugh etc). You can't turn the speaker off or regulate its loudness, it will wake you up every hour. - the floor is wooden and in the night there is a lot of noise through the hotel as the people walking to their rooms. - the shower is firmly embedded in the ceiling, you cannot operate it any way you need. - coffee for breakfast you have to cook yourself.

The rooms are carefully designed to create the medieval years, the food is tasty, the staff speak English, too. You can visit the castle nearby and taste the local beer.
A	Alina Bobo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, I loved the decorations and the staff. Program in the pub was a bit too long. Many people, including me, couldn't handle all 3 hours and left early. I'd rather have last hour for some medieval dancing party :) One disadvantage is the area near lake stinks a lot. Not sure what was the smell, but it wasn't pleasant to sit next to it.

But I got shouted at by a staff member for leaving the front door open and that I should close it (warm September). When I said "Yes, one second" the woman screamed "NOW!". Strangely, the door was still kept open the whole day? Anyway, I worked in hospitality for a while and if I had treated a guest/ customer like that, I would have been fired immediately. Overall if you don't speak Czech everything's very complicated and you don't understand what is going on (medieval show for example), can't really recommend.
