★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozumím a akceptuji, že je chyba zákaznika (moje chyba), když chce prodloužit platnost kupónu ze slevomatu cca o týden (pričemž měl dostatek času na uplatnění kupónu). Nicméně myslím si, seriózní podnikatel se řídi heslem „Náš zákazník – náš pán“, umí dělat drobné ústupky a prodloužení platnosti kupónu by neměl být až tak zásadní problém.
I understand and accept that it is the customer's fault (my fault) when he wants to extend the validity of the coupon from the discount machine by about a week (while he had enough time to redeem the coupon). However, I think a serious entrepreneur follows the motto "Our customer - our master", can make small concessions and extending the coupon should not be such a major problem.
