★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvni kontakt, domluvena schuzka a nikdo neprisel ! V poradku, muze se stat, technika se nedalo dovolat.Na firme nabidnuty jiny termin. Napsala jsem tedy poptavku, firma odpovedela cca za 3dny, stim ze mail spadl do kose...o.k. stane se. Nabidka prizniva, domluvim si tedy OPET schuzku na zamereni. Cekam a nikde nikdo, OPET !!! Volam do firmy...cekam na technika..
volam technika....NIC !!!! Technik nezveda telefon, volam opet do firmy z jineho cisla a telefon mi zvedaji !!! Technik je na jinem miste a montuje. Jako jednou o.k...ale podruhe ??? NEDOPORUCUJI KONTAKTOVAT !!!
First contact, appointment and no one came! Alright, it can happen, the technique could not be called. The company offered another term. So I wrote a request, the company responded in about 3 days, stim that the mail fell to the scythe ... o.k. becomes. The offer is favorable, so I will arrange the OPET meeting again with a focus. I'm waiting and no one is anywhere, AGAIN !!! I'm calling the company ... I'm waiting for the technician ..
I'm calling technology .... NOTHING !!!! The technician does not answer the phone, I call the company again from another number and they pick up my phone !!! The technician is in another place and assembling. Like once o.k ... but a second time ??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lonske leto jsem objednala nove venkovni zaluzie a opravu starych vnitrnich zaluzii. Nove zaluzie ani po roce spravne nesedi, pri uplnem zatazeni nektere mezery prosvitaji, zpocatku mi rekli, ze si to casem sedne, ale nestalo se. Zaplacena oprava vnitrnich zaluzii stale neni dokoncena, neni termin, po nekolika mesicich, kdy mi p. Kocman slibil, ze da vedet, az bude mit termin a neozval se, mi az po nekolika urgencich dal kontakt na kolegu, ten asi 2 terminy zrusil kratce predem, ze mu vypadla montaz a mel by 3 h prostoj, kdyz jsem mu rekla, ze muze prijet hned, nehodilo ze mu. Dalsi termin nemel soucastky na opravu a nyni cca 3 tydny nema termin. Nedoporucuji.
Last summer I ordered new exterior blinds and repair of old interior blinds. The new blinds do not fit properly even after a year, when the full load some gaps shine through, they initially told me that it would sit down over time, but it did not happen. Paid repair of internal blinds is still not completed, no deadline, after a few months, when Mr. Kocman promised to let me know when he would have a deadline and did not answer, and after a few urgencies he gave me contact to a colleague, he canceled about 2 deadlines briefly before that he lost the assembly and would have 3 hours of downtime, when I told him that he could come right away, it didn't suit him. The next term did not have parts for repair and now has no term for about 3 weeks. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní výsměch. Nedodržují termíny, otřesná komunikace. Po domluvě termínu zaměření se technik ani neobjevil. Totální zoufalci.
Absolute ridicule. They do not meet deadlines, appalling communication. After an appointment, the technician did not even show up. Total despair.
