★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké klamání. Nechápu když mají napsáno, že se zabývají prodejem a servisem, tak když tam přinesu pilu k opravě, tak mi je arogantně řečeno, že mám smůlu, protože sem pilu nekoupil u nich. Tenhle pán by neměl pracovat s lidma, když nemaj chování. Dělá firmě STIHL akorát ostudu. Nikde jinde se mi toto ještě nikdy nestalo. Kdyby šlo dát mínusové hvězdičky tak by to bylo skvělý.
Big deception. I don't understand if they have written that they deal with sales and service, so if I bring the saw there for repair, I'm arrogantly told that I'm unlucky because I didn't buy the saw from them. This gentleman should not work with people when they are misbehaving. It is a disgrace to STIHL. Nowhere else has this ever happened to me. If you could give negative stars, that would be great.
