I found law firm searching on internet and getting review that it was best law firm in CZ in 2019 I was very confident on their quality. I was very well aware of their charges ( 4000 CZK with VAT included) but receiving invoice where out of 8 hours of work that I was charged you see that 4 hours was charges for transport ( place where they should go was 12 KM distance from their office). Repetitively charging fees of 30 minutes to organize meeting ( that you can do online or in 5 minutes) , studying files ( nothing to be study there as they never provided any feedback on it). Cherry on top of the cake was when I was told that someone from my family should come to pick up my ID card in person in their office ( meeting was postponed twice so we need to rearrange visit twice). Getting invoice that handing over ID card lasted 45 minutes ( 15 minutes to arrange meeting??, 15 minutes to prepare protocol?? and 15 minutes of work?? my sister spend there 5 minutes maximum, when I challenged them received pathetic reply stating the same. At the end paid 32.000 CZK for work that someone cheated us for not getting anything in return. Decide today to cancel their service wondering how much will be charged for that as well since maybe they will charge for making another protocol :). You can find 1000 other better law firms in Prague , this one avoid in big radius. After few months my son application for permanent residence permit got rejected due to the fact that " I did not present documents requested" while I was rest assured that the law company will take care of it. Now I find another lawyer that took 5000 CZK for all work and I made appeal to Highest court in country. I left same comment on their Facebook page but they deleted if Avoid this company by all means.
