★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to klasická stavba úřadu na obci i když Studenec je větší obec . To znamená že v jedné budově je spolu s obecním úřadem taky hasičská zbrojnice místního SDH. Stavba je uprostřed obce hned vedle prodejny COOP takže při jeho návštěvě si lze i nakoupit. Lze u ní i zaparkovat na přilehlém parkovišti. Jeden starosta to odsud dotáhl až na senátora
