Pleasant gallery under the open sky and in the warm part of the year also a nice sitting under plane trees. Only the concrete part of the square seems unsightly cold to me.

Chamber theater and other performances are held here. Very nice place to sit and you can play here a lady if you get a handful of stones. ?

Významnou část prostoru zabíralo též městské opevnění, které zvláště v prostoru mezi zdejší Mikulovickou (Svatou) a Prunéřovskou branou bylo velmi komplexní. Jeho zbytky objevili archeologové při rekonstrukci náměstí v letech 2015 až 2016. Místo prošlo novou parkovou úpravou a 1. července 1995 zde byla znovu odhalena socha císaře Josefa II. Hezky upravený prostor náměstí dnes slouží k relaxaci obyvatel města i turistů. Today's Student Square was built already in the 13th and 14th centuries. A significant part of the space was also occupied by the city fortifications, which were very complex, especially in the area between the local Mikulovická (Holy) and Prunéřovská Gates. Its remains were discovered by archaeologists during the reconstruction of the square from 2015 to 2016. The site underwent a new landscaping and on 1 July 1995 the statue of Emperor Joseph II was unveiled again. The well-groomed area of the square is now used to relax the city's inhabitants and tourists. Today's Student Square was built in the 13th and 14th centuries. Příjemné na posezení a klidné setkání s kamarádem/kou, rodinou. Možnost na další příjemné procházení historickou krásnou Kadaní. Smlsnout si i něco dobrého, nebo v létě zajít na zmrzlinu. ? It is a beautiful and quiet place where you can see photos or creations of both children and beginning artists, photographers. Pleasant to sit and quietly meet a friend, family.
