★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím podělit o negativní zkušenost se salónem. Řasy byly udělané pěkně, bohužel ale pár hodin po řasách sestra dostala alergickou reakci, což samozřejmě nedáváme nikomu za vinu, ale šokovalo nás to jednání potom. Ve chvíli, kdy sestra paní kosmetičce napsala, že má nejspíš alergickou reakci a začínají jí otékat víčka, bylo jí pouze doporučeno ať si zajde do lékárny a koupí si prášek na alergii. Na několikátou žádost o co nejdřívější sundání (protože se alergie opravdu zhoršovala ) jsme se dočkaly jen sáhodlouhých výmluv, proč to nejde a termínu až druhý den večer. Po návštěvě očního lékaře jí bylo řečeno, že musí řasy ihned dolů. Myslím, že místo vypisování na fb už to mohlo být hotové, protože sundání (lépe řečeno bolestivé vytrhání) trvalo cca 20 min. Myslím, že nové řasy, nebo doplnění by se dalo posunout, když má klientka silnou alergickou reakci. To je bohužel naše zkušenost.
 Unfortunately, I have to share a negative experience with the salon. The lashes were done nicely, but unfortunately a few hours after the lashes the nurse got an allergic reaction, which of course we don't blame anyone, but we were shocked by the action afterwards. The moment the nurse wrote to the beautician that she probably had an allergic reaction and her eyelids were starting to swell, she was only advised to go to the pharmacy and buy an allergy pill. Upon several requests for removal as soon as possible (because the allergy really got worse), we only received lengthy excuses as to why this is not possible and the deadline until the next evening. After an eye doctor's visit, she was told she had to put her eyelashes down immediately. I think that instead of writing on fb, it could have been done, because the removal (or rather painful tearing) took about 20 minutes. I think that new lashes or additions could be postponed when the client has a strong allergic reaction. Unfortunately, this is our experience.
