Dornova metoda s následnou Breussovou masáží mi výrazně pomohla , bolesti polevily, hybnost se zlepšila. Po celou dobu se mi věnovala paní Šárka, kterou mohu díky profesnímu a lidskému přístupu maximálně doporučit. Byl to balzám na těle i na duši....Na základě těchto zkušeností jsem se k paní Šárce objednala na lymfoterapii, při níž jsem absolvovala devítidenní kůru DetoxC9 . úbytek váhy byl celkem 5 kg /hlavně břišní partie/. Zúčastnila jsem se rekondičního "Cvičení s gumou podle Dr.Smíška" pod vedením paní Dany Hodanové. Nic jsem od toho neočekávala, byla jsem jen zvědavá.Jako vystudovaná fyzioterapeutka, která se celý pracovní život živí rehabilitačním tělocvikem a prevencí, mohu posoudit úroveň a kvalitu cvičení. Kurz je maximálně jen pro pět účastníků, což umožňuje Daně přesnou kontrolu a korekturu všech cvičících. Příjemnou a uvolněnou atmosféru vytváří Dana svou stálou empatií a nadšením, které se zrcadlí v klientech . Dana vede cvičení (kurzy), na profesionální úrovni s vysokou kompetencí a jsou naprosto srovnatelné s podobnými kurzy, které vedeme v Německu. Chodím tam s dcerkou na Dornovi metodu a přístup paní Dany je neskutečně vstřícný a lidský. Věnuje se člověku z celkového hlediska, snaží se přijít na příčinu obtíží. Moc děkuji za vše!
