★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady se nam stavi bytecek:) zatim neni moc co hodnotit, okolo je hromada dalsich baraku, ale vzhledem k tomu ze je to nove, je to hezky upravene. Dalsi hodoceni az z dostaveneho bytu:)
Here we are building bytecek :) so far not much to evaluate, there is a lot of other buildings, but since it is new, it is nicely groomed. Next rated only from the finished apartment :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ А мы живем тут уже год. Стройка надоела, но все равно воздух очень чистый. И вид из окна по утрам приятный на зелень. Через пару-тройку лет район преобразится.
And we have been living here for a year. The construction is tired, but still the air is very clean. And the view from the window in the morning is pleasant on the greenery. In a couple of years, the area will be transformed.

Až skončí stavba bude tu božský klid.
Příroda hned za domem, napojení na cyklostezky hned za areálem. Obchody v těsné blizkosti, kousek od arealu MŠ. Zastávka max 7 minut chůze, do centra 35 minut. Co se týče sportu...cyklostezky, tenisové kurty hned za zahradami, nedaleko koupaliště, zimni a plavecký stadion. Z obchodů Globus, Tesco, Lidl..vše v docházkové vzdálenosti.

When the construction is over, there will be divine peace.
Nature right behind the house, connection to cycling trails right behind the area. Shops nearby, near the kindergarten area. Stop max 7 minutes walk, to the center 35 minutes. As for sports ... bike paths, tennis courts just behind the gardens, near the swimming pool, winter and swimming stadium. From the shops Globus, Tesco, Lidl..all within walking distance.
