★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahle paní vám slíbí kosmetický zákrok, nabídne vám termín a pak se najednou, do slova a do písmene ze dne na den, rozhodne, že se jí do toho zákroku vlastně nechce, a řekne vám, ať si jdete někam jinam, že přece není "jediná kosmetička ve FM". Totální výplach.... Děs...
