A	Adela Starkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem si studnu vyčistit , pánové byli velice příjemní , ovšem následně když jsem chtěla aby znovu přijel pan Vetešník , protože rozbor (tento jsem si dělala sama, ne on jak uvádí na svých stránkách) nedopadl dobře, už komunikace tak příjemná nebyla. Po několika vyměněných zprávách už bez reakce, ani nezvedl telefon. Jelikož jsem zaplatila bez dokladu , nemohu nic dělat :-( , moje chyba. Když jsem si četla postup na stránkách tohoto pána , tento nebyl u mě s jistotou proveden. Voda vypuštěna , ze studny vybrány usazeniny a voda když natékala tak byla dána desinfekce. Čištění kartáčem střeny studně a pod ....nic takového neproběhlo. V jeho popisu práce to vypadá , že snad by studnu vypouštěl 3x :-) Uvedený postup čištění na jeho stránkách jsem četla až později , když se mi neozýval a raději kontaktovala jiného studnaře I had the well cleaned, the gentlemen were very nice, but subsequently when I wanted Mr. Vetešník to come again, because the analysis (I did this myself, not he, as he states on his website) did not turn out well, the communication was not so pleasant. After several exchanged messages, he didn't even answer the phone. Since I paid without proof, I can't do anything :-(, my mistake. When I read the procedure on this gentleman's website, this was not done for me with certainty. The water was drained, sediments were removed from the well, and the water was disinfected as it flowed. Brush cleaning the walls of the well, etc .... nothing like that took place. In his job description, it looks like he would drain the well 3 times :-) I read the cleaning procedure on his website later, when he did not call me and preferred to contact another well.

A to se také stalo. Málo řečí, hodně práce a i když to nešlo snadno, chlapi to nevzdali a po třech dnech nám tekla voda. Kdo zažil být bezradně bez vody, ví jaké to je když se to podaří a opět teče. K odhodlání, plnému nasazení, bych přidala i řemeslný um, vybavenost, dodržení termínu příjezdu a stálá usměvavost. Z celého srdce Vám pánové děkuji a ať se Vám v životě daří na co sáhnete. Mr. Vetešník cleaned my well to my full satisfaction. Excellent approach, a good bunch and quality work at an affordable price. I warmly recommend.
c	chappi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám podobnou zkušenost jako paní Starková. Objednal jsem si čištění studně a následně přívod vody do chaty. Čištění ještě proběhlo. Samozřejmě bez kartáčů. Tragédie ovšem byla cenová politika. Kolik to bude stát? Pán na mě 25 000,-. Cože? To je trochu moc povídám. Tady to čistí třeba za 7 500,- a ukazuji odkaz na internet. Tak 15 000,- povídá pán. To ty ceny střílí podle SPZ na autě? Druhá tragédie. Po těchto zkušenostech jsem si nechal od pana Vetešníka vypracovat nabídku na dotažení vody do chaty a doplnění čerpadla. Nabídka přišla, schválil jsem ji. Byli jsme domluveni, že si vybagruji přívod sám, což jsem také udělal. Od té doby ale pan Vetešník nereagoval. Odepisoval, že zavolá později. Později, že zavolá zase později. Já vše potřeboval řešit, protože se mi začala zasypávat díra. Už nikdy nepřijel. Prostě absolutně nespolehlivá firma. Nebrat. I have a similar experience as Mrs. Stark. I ordered the cleaning of the well and then the supply of water to the cottage. The cleaning was still done. Of course without brushes. The tragedy, however, was a pricing policy. How much will it cost? Lord for me 25 000, -. What? That's a little too much to talk about. Here it cleans for 7,500, for example, and I show a link to the internet. So 15,000, - says the lord. Do you shoot those prices according to the license plate on the car? The second tragedy. After this experience, I had Mr. Vetešník prepare an offer to draw water into the cottage and add a pump. The offer came, I approved it. We agreed to dredge the inlet myself, which I did. However, Mr Vetešník has not responded since then. He said he would call later. Later, he'll call again later. I needed to deal with everything because my hole was starting to fill up. He never arrived again. Just an absolutely unreliable company. Don't take.
J	Jitka Postlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu jsem oslovila na doporučení kolegyně v práci s SOS prosbou o vyřešení nepříjemně páchnoucí vody ze studny. Nejdříve proběhla poměrně rychlá konverzace přes mail a detaily se doladily přes telefon. Pan Vetešník přislíbil rychlé řešení a opravdu se tak stalo. Druhý den dopoledne přijel s kolegou, studnu prohlédli a řekli mi co se bude dělat a kolik to bude stát. Po cca hodině příprav se pan Vetešník spustil do studny a po chvíli byl opět zpátky a ve kbelíku měl asi metr dlouhou rozkládající se užovku, podle jeho slov zdroj toho příšerného smradu. Práce pak pokračovala ještě asi pět hodin, kdy pánové vyndali ze dna studny nějaká prkna, pět koleček černého bláta, rezavé nářadí, které kdysi dovnitř spadlo manželovi a dalších pár drobností. Studnu pak ještě od shora dolu umyli a vydezinfikovali. Ráda bych touto cestou oběma pánům ze srdce poděkovala, protože najít dobrého řemeslníka v této době není nijak snadné a to, že mi pomohli hned druhý den, to je až neuvěřitelné. At first, there was a relatively quick conversation via e-mail and the details were fine-tuned over the phone. Mr. Vetešník promised a quick solution and it really happened. The next morning he arrived with a colleague, they inspected the well and told me what would be done and how much it would cost. After about an hour of preparations, Mr. Vetešník descended into the well, and after a while he was back, and in the bucket he had about a meter long decomposing snake, in his words the source of this terrible stench. The work then continued for about five hours, when the gentlemen removed some planks from the bottom of the well, five wheels of black mud, rusty tools that had once fallen inside the husband, and a few other little things. The well was then washed and disinfected from top to bottom. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both gentlemen from the bottom of my heart, because finding a good craftsman at this time is not easy and the fact that they helped me the very next day is unbelievable. K	Kačaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Chtěli jsme s manželem ruční pumpu, jsme tu do měsíce třikrát bez elektřiny. Vybírala jsem ze dvou firem a nakonec vybrala pana Vetešníka. Přijel se podívat, studnu změřil a vybrali jsme pumpu. K tomu ještě pan Vetešník navrhnul vyčištění studny a opravu prasklých skruží a spočítal co by to stálo. Plácli jsme si a řekli si kdy se práce udělají. Na termím s kolegou přijel a pak to byl jedním slovem cvrkot. Cena byla dodržena. Chtěla bych pochválit lidský přístup a slušnost obou pánů.
