★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme zájem o okna do naší novostavby RD, poslala jsem si tam tedy poptávku před 2,5 měsíci a do dnes bohužel nabídka nikde. Už mi to urgoval pán z liberecké pobočky, pak jsem volala na infolinku, tam mi dali číslo na někoho, kdo nás má na starosti, ten mi slíbil že bude obratem volat s nabídkou, ale už se mi pak neozval. Firma díky tomu na nás tedy působí velice nesolventně.
We were interested in windows for our new family house, so I sent a request there 2.5 months ago and unfortunately the offer is nowhere to be found. The gentleman from the Liberec branch already urged me, then I called the infoline, there they gave me a number for someone who is in charge of us, he promised me that he would immediately call with an offer, but then he did not call me again. Thanks to this, the company has a very insolvent effect on us.
