Hello, I would also like to share the fresh impressions of the recent visit to Šumperk Building Office on official days (properly ordered ....) I fully agree with all the negative comments here and I can identify with them .... Such arrogance and lack of interest from the official I have not experienced for a long time ..... Specifically, Mr. Ing. Paul Katzer .... Really a man in his place .... I understand that not everyone always has his days ....., but to me this person did not listen (not listen) and still slowly ignore that I was there. and I just come to be fairly informed and advised ........ I do not like that we have to pay such taxes ..... Offices, or officials, are here (they should be ..) for people and not vice versa. Citizen is a client and not that an official takes over the function of God ..... I do not have the habit of complaining and commenting at all, but unfortunately the last time I have more and more feelings that the arrogance of people (not only in the offices but also in everyday life) is worse and worse. I know that a comment or a complaint will probably not change anything ....... But when everyone waves his hand (like my father who betrayed me from the complaint .....), then nothing moves in the right direction .. ... or in any direction (so we also still have Communists and Babies in government .... ???). I hope and I know that the authorities are sitting in the right place, the people who are empathetic and those who do their job excellent. Thanks

Perhaps the worst office ever !!!!! Huge reluctance and total disgust at the work they do. Instead of advising people on how to find their way around the situation and what to do, they try to get them off the counter as quickly as possible. I am very disappointed with their approach and I do not want to deal with anything at this office. From now on, I will solve everything either in Mohelnice or in Zábřeh, at least there they are trying to meet people.

The appalling organization of the Šumperk Municipal Authority in a time of emergency. Processing documents by 3 pm is a big hurdle for a normal worker from 7:00 to 15:00. When a person gets there for the second time at 14:45, the clerk turns him over and doesn't accept him. Reasons such that a single worker has several areas associated at one counter and cannot keep up. The clerk added that she didn't even have time for food or drink. Is this normal?

Nothing can be done at this office. Reluctant / arrogant officials. Every time I leave here dissatisfied and mostly with the fact that I went there unnecessarily.

Counter 5 at the Department of Transportation, 2 arrogant cocks, I don't know why they do this job when they obviously don't like it and compensate people for what they haven't done to them.

The slowest office I know. Booking, all deadlines full and when a person comes to pick up the finished passport it is for 3 hours.

The slowest office in the Czech Republic ..I am waiting for the issue of the ŘP on 1.11. and while other cities (Zábřeh, Mohelnice, etc.) have long been publishing as of 5.11. so at this office they are not able or willing to look at what kind of driver's licenses they already have there and I am not even talking about updating the status on the web. I really do not understand why such lazy people are in charge of the affairs of us - the citizens.
