Koukal jsem i na jedno djembe a nebylo až tak špatné, jen nesmyslně mrňavé. Instruments more for pleasure, basically assortment what used to be in ethnoshop after Prague. Plus something extra. I looked at one djembe and was not so bad, just nonsensically tiny.

Objednal jsem si u Sundaris dva Vánoční dárky. 3.12. mi bylo e-mailem oznámeno, že zásilka je připravena k vyzvednutí. Jelikož jsem ji minulý týden nestíhal vyzvednout, volal jsem pánovi a ubezpečil ho, že si zásilku vyzvednu tento týden. Byl jsem velice nemile překvapen a zklamán (nechci být neslušný) když jsem včera (15.12.) přijel objednávku vyzvednout. V prodejně jsem byl totiž informován, že za a) pán nesehnal obal, který jsem si objednal spolu s kytarou a za b) druhý dárek - zvonkohru Koshi nemá vůbec (prodal ji někomu jinému) :-( A že prý si mám koupit něco jiného, že zboží drží jen 14 dní (v tom případě ale asi pán neumí ani počítat).. Pán byl očividně zaskočen, že jsem vlastně přijel, asi počítal, že už nepřijedu? Velice nesolidní chování. Jednak mě mohli kontaktovat, jestli si objednávku vyzvednu (když je tedy drží jen 14 dní - což stejně nesedí). Ale já jim sám volal a řekl, že si zásilku vyzvednu.. A pokud už se tedy na mě vy...l, tak mi mohli třeba napsat, že už je pozdě, že objednávku nemají a já bych nejezdil někam na Barandov a neztrácel s nimi vůbec čas.. Nedoporučuji obchod, jak si to můžou vůbec dovolit.. I have had a very bad experience with a business manager. I ordered two Christmas presents from Sundaris. 3.12. I was notified by e-mail that the shipment was ready for collection. Since I didn't have time to pick her up last week, I called my master and assured him that I would pick up the shipment this week. I was very unpleasantly surprised and disappointed (I don't want to be rude) when I came to pick up the order yesterday (December 15th). I was informed in the store that for a) the master did not get the packaging, which I ordered together with the guitar and for b) a second gift - Koshi does not have a carillon at all (he sold it to someone else) :-( And that I'm supposed to buy something else, that he only holds the goods for 14 days (in that case, of course, the master can't even count). Very inconsistent behavior. First, they could contact me if I picked up the order (if it only holds them for 14 days - which doesn't fit anyway). But I called them myself and said I would pick up the shipment. And if you were already on me ... then they could have written to me that it was too late that they did not have an order and I would not go somewhere to Barandov and not waste time with them at all .. I do not recommend the store as they can afford it at all ..
