After a few years my children ordered me for this clinic. I am extremely afraid of previous experiences. Everything changed after today's visit to this clinic. A very pleasant environment and most importantly is the attitude of nurses and doctors. A very professional approach and kindness convinced me that there is nothing to worry about. I absolutely don't understand these celebratory reviews. The doctor may be nice, but that's the end of it. He did X-rays for the first time, but he more or less didn't look into my mouth at all. When I asked something, he couldn't even answer adequately. I waved at that hand because I had no dental problems. Some month before the first visit, I was in dental hygiene, elsewhere, where the young lady told me that I would probably have caries. First, so no experience whether the caries hurts or not. Mr. Dentist didn't say anything, everything was fine, I had no problems, so I didn't even think to doubt, he's a dentist. Even though I was leaving a little embarrassed, I didn't feel like he had examined my teeth enough, but I thought he saw it on those X-rays. Now, after half a year on a preventive check-up, he told me that I had caries, yes, on the tooth where the hygiene lady told me almost a year ago. So I expected him to drill it for me. He told me to call in August and it was the third week in June, so I say I'll order straight from my sister. They looked at each other as if I wanted to buy a kilo of apples from them, my request to order was probably out of place, I have no idea ??‍♀️ The nurse started stuttering that she didn't know how they would be there in August and that she would call me. Since I was planning a visit to periodontology, to have my gums checked to make sure I didn't have a hidden problem, I asked for an X-ray the same day after the e-mail so that I wouldn't have to undergo them in such a short time. Communication crazy, answers without greetings, without nothing, just sent X-ray in the attachment, and even after my obviously unpleasant urging. Definitely not recommended, unprofessionalism, lax approach, insufficient examination. Procedures, approaches, one big thing. And of course, the caries was already on the first pictures at the entrance examination, the doctor probably overlooked it, I am looking in vain for the precision that is constantly emphasized here ? EDIT: I still don't understand the reviews where patients praise doctors and nurses and how great the staff is. As far as I know, the doctor is one and so is the nurse. So at least these reviews are untrue in my opinion and those people weren't even there. And those who write how the doctor saved their teeth and discussed everything with them in detail, I would be interested in specific interventions and treatment. He couldn't answer a trivial question for me, let alone deal with me. Greetings ??‍♀️

So far, they keep everything they did to me here. The doctor and the nurse are nice. Reasonable prices.

Finally, I have no reason to be afraid to go to the dentist. The doctor is very nice, the workplace has great equipment and so far all the procedures have led to satisfaction.
