★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sortiment super, ale co to tam zaměstnáváte? Tři umíněné slepice, které neumí ani pozdravit? Ani se rozloučit? Při dotazu na sortiment ani neví kde co je a zda to vůbec májí a to by podle mě měl prodejce zverimexu vše vědět. Tváři se jak kdyby je někdo otravoval a převracejí očima víckrát než já za cely život. Neochotný personál vůbec něco poradit, vysvětlit, jen si to tam odstojí a nezajímá je to, příště zvolím radši jiný zverimex.
Assortment great, but what do you employ there? Three stubborn hens who can't even greet? Don't even say goodbye? When asked about the assortment, they don't even know where it is and whether they have it at all, and in my opinion the pet shop seller should know everything. They look as if someone is bothering them and turning their eyes more times than I have in my life. Reluctant staff to advise anything at all, explain, they just stay there and they are not interested, next time I prefer another pet store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy a pet from a pet store they are awful as hell always go to a breeder directly !!!!
Our baby Guinea pig died because he had a pre-existing heart condition which by the way we were only told because he passed away and we had to take him back for tests. Yet we were told he was healthy!
The day before he passed away he had been transported for hours to the shop which stressed him out even more. He wasnt even given time to rest but sold that same day.
In addition to that they gave us two different stories as to where he actually was brought from Prague or Brno, pick one!!!
Super zoo pet shop in Breclav is highly irresponsible for putting wonderful human companions through such stress.
Still hurting, but i will not let anyone go through that pain.
