★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám jiné zkušenosti z návštěvy této prodejny. Zde jsem koupil akvarium v ceně 3.282,-Kč se základním vybavením jako teploměr , filtr a písek. Po zprovoznění akvaria a pročtení návodu jsem zjistil , že vložka do filtru EasyCrystal FilterPack C 600 se musí po čtyřech týdnech vyměnit. V dodávce byly 2 filtry ,to znamená na 2 měsíce. Zašel jsem do této prodejny a jaké bylo mé překvapení, když jsem zboží nenašel v regálech . Prodavačka mi řekla, že si to musím objednat na e-shopu. Tak jsem toto projednával s vedoucí této prodejny a ta mi sdělila , že kam by to dali , že regály mají plné jiného zboží a toto zboží se dokupuje přes e-shop. Samozřejmě s přirážkou 39,-Kč a vyzvednutí u nich v obchodě. Je zajímavé , že jejich zboží není zabezpečeno náhradním materiálem.
V jiných obchodech napři. mototechna , když nemá potřebné zboží pro zákazníka, tak si to objedná sama a nic zákazník neplatí navíc. O hodně práce prodavaček mám opačný poznatek, při mém příchodu byla jen jedna prodavačka a během domlouvání se jich sešlo cca 5 a to jsem tam byl jen jeden zákazník.

The delivery included 2 filters, ie for 2 months. I went to this store and what was my surprise when I didn't find the goods on the shelves. The saleswoman told me that I had to order it from the e-shop. So I discussed this with the manager of this store and she told me that where they would put it, that the shelves are full of other goods and these goods are bought through the e-shop. Of course with a surcharge of 39 CZK and a pick-up at their store. It is interesting that their goods are not secured with replacement material.
In other stores, for example. mototechna, if it does not have the necessary goods for the customer, then it orders it itself and the customer does not pay anything extra. I have the opposite knowledge about a lot of saleswoman work, when I arrived there was only one saleswoman and during the agreement there were about 5 of them and there was only one customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc milé prodavačky. Nikdy jsme s nimi neměli problém. Když jedeme do ČB, vždy se tady zastavíme. Asi jedna z nejlepších a nejhezčích prodejen.
Very nice saleswoman. We never had a problem with them. When we go to B&W, we always stop here. Probably one of the best and most beautiful stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme se byli podívat na tuto prodejnu. No byla jsem zklamaná a mírně zděšená poté, co jsem viděla u krevetek ploštěnky (mám vystudovanou veterinu a proto je poznám). Ploštěnci jsou paraziti krevetek, které napadají i ryby a dokáží vám rybičky zdemolovat, malý červ se špičatou hlavou. Paní prodavačka se nám snažila krevetky prodat, ikdyž ploštěnky plavali všude po akvárku. Takhle bychom si zdemolovali celé akvárium. Chápu, že normální člověk asi nemůže takové věci znát, ale jako prodejce ve zverimexu bych si zjišťovala nemoci, které zvířata co prodávám mohou mít. Takže dávejte pozor na svoje akvária, ať si ho nezničíte nevědomostí prodavaček. Bůh ví, jestli to náhodou paní nevěděla, že je má a nesnažila se jich zbavit. Ale do hlavy už nevidíme. Dnes jsem tedy zklamaná a odešla jsem s prázdnou.
Today we went to see this store. Well, I was disappointed and slightly horrified after seeing flatworms at shrimp (I have a degree in veterinary medicine and that's why I know them). Flatworms are shrimp parasites that also attack fish and can destroy your little fish, a small worm with a pointed head. The saleswoman tried to sell us shrimp, even though the flatworms swam all over the aquarium. That's how we would demolish an entire aquarium. I understand that a normal person probably may not know such things, but as a pet shop salesman I would find out about the diseases that the animals I sell may have. So watch out for your aquariums so that you don't ruin them with the ignorance of the saleswomen. God knows if the lady didn't know she had them and didn't try to get rid of them. But we don't see into our heads anymore. So today I am disappointed and I left empty-handed.
