★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spousta zboží, milá obsluha I prostředí. Bohužel minus za objednávky - vyzvedni na prodejně. Zboží není fyzicky skladem, ikdyz stav na eshopu ukazuje že ano. Zbytečná cesta do obchodu a zpět. Dnes příjemná obsluha a pomoc s radou ohledně zdraví a stravy kočky.
 Lots of goods, friendly service and environment. Unfortunately minus for orders - pick up at the store. The goods are not physically in stock, although the condition on the e-shop shows that they are. Unnecessary trip to the store and back. Today, friendly service and help with advice on cat health and diet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 andulky, které jsem koupila v tomto obchodě po 14 dnech zemřely. Jejich apatičnost, kterou měly od prvního dne, jsem přisuzovala změně prostředí. Nikdy jsem andulky nechovala, tak jsem netušila, jaké by mělo být jejich správné chování. Manažerka prodejny mi sdělila, že jsem si je neměla kupovat, pokud se mi nezdály a pokud jí dám pitevní zprávy, tak budou reklamaci řešit. Pro mě to byl poslední nákup u této firmy.
2 budgies that I bought in this store died after 14 days. I attributed their apathy, which they had from day one, to a change of environment. I never kept budgies, so I had no idea what their proper behavior should be. The store manager told me that I shouldn't have bought them if they didn't like them, and if I gave her an autopsy report, they would handle the complaint. For me, it was the last purchase from this company.
