★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím na lekce jumpingu. Jestli chcete propotit triko a zformovat zadeček do plavek, tak vřele doporučuji!!! Je to dynamická hodina, člověk neunaví klouby, a přitom jede na plný plyn, zvyšuje kapacitu plic, spálí spoustu kalorií...fitko je komorní, rodinná atmosféra, parkování u objektu.
I go to jumping lessons. If you want to sweat a T-shirt and form an ass into a swimsuit, I highly recommend !!! It is a dynamic hour, one does not get tired of the joints, while driving at full throttle, increases lung capacity, burns a lot of calories ... fitko is intimate, family atmosphere, parking at the object.

The best exercise in the whole Jablonec. You will not find anything better, excellent leadership, great team. They put everything into it. ♥ ️ and most of all they do it with a huge heart.
