★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdecydowanie najlepszy trail w Rychlebach! Już sam podjazd mimo tego, że do łatwych nie należy, gwarantuje dawkę emocji, jest ciekawie i malowniczo poprowadzony. Człowiek nie skupia wyłącznie na pedałowaniu, przez co całkiem przyjemnie robi się te kilometry. ? Wysiłek w 100% wynagradza zjazd! Adrenalinka do samego końca. Najlepsza trasa jaką miałem okazję jechać, ale żeby w pełni cieszyć się możliwościami jakie oferuje Flow, konieczny będzie rower typu full! Polecam baardzo!
 Definitely the best trail in Rychlebach! The driveway itself, despite the fact that it is not easy, guarantees a dose of emotions, it is interesting and picturesque. You don't just focus on pedaling, which makes these kilometers quite pleasant. ? The effort 100% rewards the congress! Adrenaline to the very end. The best route I've had the opportunity to ride, but to fully enjoy the possibilities offered by Flow, you will need a full bike! I recommend it soooooo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great single trails. It's better if you already know how to ride them and how to behave. If the weather is nice, expect crowds. These trails can be ridden even if wet and then you get most of them for yourself. The base camp is very nice, big, with shop, bistro, lots of places to sit and rest, there is a test track for you and little kids, even camping area. Parking is quite big, but on busy days could be even bigger. People here are very nice and helpful. If you don't own appropriate bike, you can rent one here. It's better to book it beforehand, especially in high season. If you come here with your family and want to do easier track, go for the blue one, around a stream. Nice and flat trail for newbies and small children or entire family. Don't worry, you still need to make an effort. If you are satisfied with the trails and clean surroundings, thank the makers by buying bracelet or any other stuff from the shop. They deserve it! Enjoy and have fun.
