★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly ridiculous experience, i have visited lot of supermarket in india, Dubai and Europe but i didn't get a negative energy from staff except this supermarket that today we have visited Albert supermarket for purchasing things. After payment 2 staff came and shouted us in czech language following of one old lady. We didn't understand why they shouted us. I told them i don't understand czech please speak in english but they continued shouting.If you are a foriegner better don't visit Albert supermarket. At the same time there have near by another supermarket name called PENNY it's a good supermarket we had got excellent experience from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost rotten veggie, herbs and fruits. Horrible, I mean HORRIBLE customer service in this store!!! Prices always wrong (higher than advertised), when you want the goods for the price they offer it for, they kinda laugh into your face like "we don't care that it's wrong and you've paid more than you shall and you're a weirdo when you want your money back", they do not even apologize for their mistakes and when I said I would have expected at least an apology, they said they wouldn't apologize (this time for charging additional 10 CZK per one pack of meat), some of the cashiers having inapropriate notes and being mean. And this is a daily routine in this grocery store. I'm disgusted how they behave.
