★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den předem volám,že potřebuji kontrolu po dopravni nehodě ( nařízeno z trauma Motol). Odpověď je " ano,přijďte zitra dopoledne" . Tak dorazim s nekolikanasobnou frakturou žeber ( mimo jine) a dozvim se,že bude ten prodlouzený víkend a lékař tu tudíž neni. Takze tak.

Den, kdy jsem měla přijít byl pan doktor nemocný (celkem byl tři dny), škoda, že existujeme v době, kdy takovou informaci můžeme napsat na web, nebo dokonce dát vědět pacientům, o kterých víme, že přijdou..
Nechápu, proč zde nejsou věšáky a většina pacientů musí svými svršky zabírat sedadla..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna na recepci byla milá, komunikace byla rychlá a efektivní. Lékař i sestřička byli senzační, ošetření proběhlo během pár minut. Bez problémů jsem se mohla objednat i na ošetření neakutního problému. Bezvadný přístup, za mě naprostá spokojenost.
The young lady at the reception was nice, the communication was fast and efficient. The doctor and the nurse were sensational, the treatment took place within a few minutes. I could easily order a treatment for a non-acute problem. Perfect approach, complete satisfaction for me.
