★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si hru, která mi doteď nedošla a rovnež vyhrožuji pokutou. Nemužu se dovolat žádná spětná vazba. Psal jsem jim email jsem zvědav jestli začnou nějak komunikovat na dané adrese už ani nebydlím. Za mně neseriózní a pochybné jednání!
I ordered a game that I haven't run out of yet and I'm also threatening a fine. I can't call for any feedback. I wrote them an email, I wonder if they start communicating at the given address, I don't even live anymore. Unserious and doubtful behavior for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednavala jsem si 2 oblecky pro pejsky, po 14 dnech mi prisel email, ve kterem mi firma psala, ze tyto oblecky nejsou a ze si mam objednat jine. Ale pri objednavce, skladem jeste byly.
I ordered 2 clothes for dogs, after 14 days I received an email in which the company wrote me that these clothes are not and that I should order others. But when ordering, they were still in stock.

Kupoval jsem tu již pěknou řádku her, plus před několika lety i herní konzoli PS4. Vždy vše super.
Navíc se někdy stane, že mají ceny na určité starší tituly o dost levnější než jinde. Dvakrát se mi jíž poštěstilo koupit zabalenou hru za cenu menší, než jakou bych dal za jetou jinde.
Tak čas od času zajdu na web a mrknu jestli nemají něco v "akci". :-)
For me, always 100% satisfaction.
I already bought a nice line of games here, plus a few years ago also a PS4 game console. Always everything great.
In addition, it sometimes happens that they have prices for certain older titles much cheaper than elsewhere. Twice I was lucky enough to buy a packaged game for less than I would have gone elsewhere.
So from time to time I go to the web and see if they have something in "action". :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si u nich Kingdom Come: Deliverance, objednávka přišla o dva týdny později než měla. Takže jsem měl sehnáno jinde ještě v den vydání. To že jsem se odřekl placení za brutálně zpožděnou objednávku vyústilo v jejich vyhrožování soudem jestli nezaplatím poštovné+500 pokutu. Rozhodně zde nenakupovat, jetli nechcete zestárnout než vám objednávka dorazí a pak čelit výhružkám...
I ordered Kingdom Come: Deliverance from them, the order came two weeks later than it should have. So I got it somewhere else on the day of the release. The fact that I renounced payment for a brutally delayed order resulted in their threatening the court if I did not pay the postage + 500 fine. Definitely not to shop here, if you don't want to grow old before your order arrives and then face threats ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při uzavírání kupních smluv v rámci e-shopu je totiž složité dokázat, že k jejich platnému uzavření skutečně došlo. Nelze totiž ověřit, zda údaje, které zákazník při uzavírání smlouvy uvedl, jsou údaje pravdivé. Spotřebitel například může argumentovat tím, že jeho osobní údaje zneužil někdo jiný a podnikatel – žalobce prakticky nemá šanci dokázat, že tomu tak nebylo. Je velice pravděpodobné, že podnikatel neunese důkazní břemeno a bude muset zaplatit nejen své soudní náklady, ale i náklady žalované osoby. Vzhledem k výši nákladů soudního řízení je též pravděpodobné, že se podnikateli zákazníka běžně nevyplatí žalovat ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velice spokojen s tímhle obchodem je těsně před Vánocemi a zítra je víkend z jiného obchodu Orig.... .cz, jsem objednal po týdnu bez reakce a po urgencích aby mi vůbec odpověděli tak že to bude po Vánocích jenže byl to dárek okamžitá storno objednávky a projíždění internetu jsem přišel na tenhle obchod kde jsou pracovníci skvělí vstřícní a profíci v oboru balík má mi přijít dnes to je na druhý den po objednání nejpozději v pondělí a v úterý štědrý den. Stihli jste to jste skvělí v čas kdy už nikdo neručí dodáním děkuji. Martin
I am very satisfied with this shop is just before Christmas and tomorrow is a weekend from another store Orig .... .cz, I ordered after a week without reaction and urgent to answer me so that it will be after Christmas but it was a gift immediate cancellation ordering and browsing the internet I came to this store where the staff are great helpful and pros in the field package has come to me today it is on the second day after ordering no later than Monday and Tuesday Christmas Eve. You made it great at a time when no one guarantees delivery thank you. Martin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Znovu bych už z tohoto e-shopu neobjednávala. Komunikace s obchodem je přímo hrozivá, za telefonem se skrývá arogantní mužíček s velmi nepřátelským postojem k platícím zákazníkům. Dodací lhůta zboží skladem je delší než týden, čili garance dodání je irelevantní údaj a vlastně celý ten pojem je dodavatelem nepochopen (bylo mi řečeno, že to vlastně ovlivnit nemohou, protože záleží na České poště - no nevím, nejdřív by to Česká pošta musela obdržet aby se to na ni dalo svádět :)). Vysvětlením je nutnost přeposílání zboží mezi pobočkami, neboť odevzdání na poštu z místa fyzického výskytu skladu (i když netuším co tím distributor myslí, možná je prostě hezčí mít zelenou fajfku zobrazenou všude) je údajně nelogický postup. Zboží, které jsem platila dopředu stále nemám, ačkoliv mi bylo řečeno "dorazí zítra", no ze zítřku je včera a stále nic. Takže ať už dorazí či nedorazí, škrtám si obchod z oblíbených. Těch pár ušetřených korun za to opravdu absolutně nestojí...
Again I would not order from this e-shop. Communicating with the store is terrible, behind the phone is an arrogant little man with a very hostile attitude towards paying customers. Delivery time stock is longer than a week or guaranteed delivery is irrelevant data, and indeed the whole concept is a supplier misunderstood (I was told that it actually affect not because it depends on the Czech post - but I do not know, at first it would Czech Post must receive so that you can seduce it :)). Explaining the need for the forwarding of goods between the branches, because submission to the post office from the place of occurrence of physical storage (although I do not know what the distributor thinks maybe is just nicer to have a green check mark that appears everywhere) is supposedly illogical process. I still do not have the goods I paid in advance, although I was told to "arrive tomorrow", but tomorrow is yesterday and still nothing. So whether they arrive or not, I cut my favorite store. The few crowns saved are not really worth it ...
