Tam kde nám konkurence řekla že se nedají tahat rozvody a kdesi cosi, tam nám pánové ze SUTHERM řekli, že nic není problém I definitely recommend. They installed air conditioning and access and the work done was great. Where the competition told us that divorces could not be pulled and something somewhere, the gentlemen from SUTHERM told us that nothing was a problem.
P	Pavel Pecha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Máme tepelné čerpadlo Samsung. Při e-mail žádosti o servis žádná reakce. Telefonicky příslib, že se ozvou a servis provedou. Po měsíci a půl opět žádná reakce. Neseriozní jednání, stačilo telefonicky, nebo e-mailem odpovědět nemáme čas najděte si někoho jiného. Nestalo se tak, namísto toho další info o tom jak další měsíc nemají čas:-) We have a Samsung heat pump. No response when email service request. By phone, promise to ring up and service. No reaction after a month and a half. Do not track down meetings, just phone or email to answer we don't have time to find someone else. It didn't happen, instead more info about how the next month doesn't have time :-)

Ale pánové ze SUTHERMu to zvládli perfektně a našli skvělé řešení, Vše běželo jak má. Děkuji za skvěle provedenou práci. V dnešní době je málo takových firem. I have to share a pleasant experience with SUTHERM. In my case, installing AC was not easy at all.
