★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel což se týče provedení jejich práce, je to k pláči. Dělali nový balkon, protože skrz starý začalo zatékat. Měli udělat pořádnou izolaci a balkon měl být systémový, aby vydržel dalších xx let, a ne, aby vydržel pár sezón a pak se sekal. Ipa, beton, stěrka, dlažba. Takhle se balkony dělaly 40 let zpátky, dneska už ne. Není tam polystyrén, i když sami viděli a věděli, že tam budou vznikat tepelné mosty kvůli různorodosti materiálů a kvůli čemuž pod balkonem praská strop na schodišti. Toto se samozřejmě bude dít dále. Spád špatně. Jako dlažbu položili kameninový koberec, který ale nezalili, takže kamínky z něj čouhají. Krom toho, že se bude mezi nimi držet voda, je dost nepříjemné vůbec po tom chodit. Takže na jaře to budu muset po nich sekat a udělám si to sám.
Další věc, kterou dělali, je ostění kolem garážových vrat. Bohužel po dvou měsících praská a rovněž půjde na jaře do vysekat a uděláme si to znovu, sami. Takže když to shrnu, v této firmě bych ukončil provoz. Jejich práce si nezaslouží finanční ohodnocení, a to ani za ten NEKVALITNÍ materiál. Zatím nejhorší ''stavební firma'', se kterou jsem měl bohužel zkušenost.

They should have done proper insulation, and the balcony was supposed to be systemic to last another xx years, not to last a few seasons and then mow. Ipa, concrete, trowel, tiles. That's how balconies were made 40 years back, not today. There is no polystyrene, although they have seen and knew that there will be thermal bridges due to the diversity of materials and the ceiling on the staircase cracking under the balcony. Of course this will happen further. Fall badly. They laid an earthen carpet as a pavement, but they did not soak, so the stones stuck out of it. Besides keeping water between them, it is quite unpleasant to walk at all. So in the spring I will have to chop it and do it myself.
Another thing they did is the lining around the garage door. Unfortunately, after two months it bursts and also goes to the spring to die and do it again, ourselves. So if I summarize it, I would shut down this business. Their work does not deserve a financial reward, even for the LOW QUALITY material. So far the worst '' construction company '' I've unfortunately had experience with.
