Ale jakmile jsem se na firmu obrátil s problémem,že něco chybí nebo bylo něco špatně přestala komunikovat.. Očekával bych profesionálnější přístup.......7.3.2019: Ani po měsíci není problém vyřešen a reklamaci musím řešit přímo se zástupcem firmy Porta doors.
The company handled us the door for the company that had gone bankrupt. As long as it was only the execution of the order, everything was fine. But once I turned to the company with the problem that something was missing or something was wrong to stop communicating .. I would expect a more professional approach ....... 7.3.2019: No problem solved after a month and I have to deal with the complaint directly with the company representative Porta doors.
