★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svatební oznámení sice krásné, ale z profesního hlediska jsem nebyla spokojená. Slečna nám sice poslala náhledy ke schválení, ale objevil se nám tam překlep, kterého jsem ji já, ani nikdo v Printia nevšiml - očekávala bych, že si toho někdo z Printia všimne a upozorní nás na to - tyto texty řeší každý den desítky - to se bohužel nestalo a tak 40 hostů dostalo svatební oznámení s překlepem... Když jsem na to Printia upozornila, nikdo se ani neobtěžoval reagovat na můj e-mail - VELMI NEPROFESIONÁLNÍ PŘÍSTUP!
The wedding announcement was beautiful, but from a professional point of view I was not satisfied. The girl sent us previews for approval, but there was a typo that neither I nor anyone in Printia noticed - I would expect someone from Printia to notice and warn us about it - these texts are handled by dozens every day - that unfortunately it did not happen and so 40 guests received a wedding announcement with a typo ... When I pointed this out to Printia, no one even bothered to respond to my e-mail - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH!
