The Midsummer Museum on the ground floor of the Archdeaconry building offers a collection of works of art and devoncials from the 18th to 20th centuries concerning the Midsummer cult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neben der Kirche steht das Gebäude der Erzdechanat (Arciděkanství). Es wurde 1678 anstelle eines hölzernen Vorgängerbaus errichtet. 1748 wurde es nach Plänen von Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer umgebaut und erhielt nach einem Umbau in den Jahren 1939 bis 1945 sein heutiges Aussehen.
Heute ist darin das St. Johannes-Museum (Svatojánské muzeum) untergebracht. Mit Statuen, Bildern und Devotionalien wird hier in das Leben des hl. Nepomuk eingeführt.
Next to the church stands the building of the Archean Deanery (Arciděkanství). It was built in 1678 instead of a wooden predecessor building. In 1748 it was rebuilt to plans by Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer and received after a reconstruction in the years 1939 to 1945 its present appearance.
Today it houses the St. John's Museum (Svatojánské muzeum). With statues, pictures and devotional objects, the life of St. Nepomuk introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krasna stavba na upravnem namesti. Byli jsme uchvaceni. Doporucuji se alespon zastavit. Prochazi zde Svatojakubska cesta a Svatovojtesska cesta. Nejhezci misto v Nepomuku. Na fotkach i dalsi stavby na namesti vcetne kostela.
Beautiful building on the square. We were captivated. I recommend at least stopping. The Way of St. James and the Way of St. James pass through here. The most beautiful place in Nepomuk. In the photos and other buildings on the square, including the church.
