★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tady to stojí opravdu za pochvalu! Zřejmě nejlepší minipivovar (nejen) v Olomouci a okolí.
Přímo na Svatém kopečku je pouze pivovar, nikoli restaurace.
Pivo typu ALE jsem ochutnal kdysi ve Zlíně v ochutnávkové pivnici a klubu "Zelenáčova šopa" a také v Olomouci. A mohu směle porovnat s předními produkty minipivovarů z Čech a Moravy. Spodně kvašená piva na úrovni toho nejlepšího v Čechách a na Moravě.
Velmi ochotný pan majitel a sládek v jedné osobě mi nezištně přivezl pivní suvenýry až do centra Olomouce!!!

So here it is really worth a compliment! Probably the best mini-brewery (not only) in Olomouc and its surroundings.
There is only a brewery on Svatý kopeček, not a restaurant.
I once tasted ALE type beer in Zlín in the tasting beer hall and the "Zelenáčova šopa" club and also in Olomouc. And I can boldly compare with the leading products of mini-breweries from Bohemia and Moravia. Bottom-fermented beers at the level of the best in Bohemia and Moravia.
A very helpful owner and a brewer in one person selflessly brought me beer souvenirs to the center of Olomouc !!!
