It was just me who jumped advertising for this shop completely across the screen and could not get rid of it - it is a little over the line I would say .. yes I look for glazing loggia, but I definitely avoid this company (outside the advertisement and due to overall below average reviews)

Seamlessly. Experience with Kladno branch. Everything well focused, installed and assembly without a problem. No functional defects were manifested. When repaired, part of the plaster cracked in the place where there was a larger hole. The assembly technicians immediately rectified the shortcomings in the installation, but they were only trifles. Forging plastic windows is easier than with more expensive windows, such as Vekra, but so far everything works.

Absolutely unusable. The window technician misfocused, then solved it with a ton of masonry and aluminum profiles. Each window sill is different. The behavior of the workers is also not much and the communication with the office is also so confusing. Although the windows are a few hundred cheaper than the competition, but as a result it is not worth it. You'd better look elsewhere.

Very bad experience! I do not recommend shopping or dealing with anything here at all. My aluminum windows came the last day they had a delivery date. Already during the loading, as I learned in retrospect, they damaged them, but during the assembly, their assemblers pretended that they were not known. Then the handover protocol was signed, when the assembly company stated that the order had defects and thus PP was handed over to us, stating that the list of defects has an assembly company. They did not resolve the complaint within the statutory time limit. Then they came and repaired only about 1/3 of the defects, with the proviso that other defects were not reported (they were not reported to them by their assembly company) and I was told that a new complaint period was running for it. These were scratched and slammed profiles, missing sealing strips, etc. Mrs. Vildová from the Prague 5 Zbraslav branch told me by phone that it was my fault, that I should have checked it and that I was unlucky. Their inspection technician, who had to go from B&W, then claimed, among other things, that about 15 cm of tendons and scratches on the visible sides of the profiles were actually fine. This, according to them the second, in my opinion the first complaint has still not been resolved. I'm not talking about how the front door was mounted, when the screws are not screwed in, they are crooked and one is even missing and that that call a branch, reps. it always took me a while to pick up the phone about 3-5 attempts. Unfortunately, I also ordered insect nets and blinds from them. Focused again by their technician from Prague 5, Mr. Horák. During the weekend installation (nets were not supplied without giving a reason), their installer again found out that the blinds could not be installed because it is poorly oriented and does not fit there. So he took it away and he couldn't tell me how to proceed. The overall approach of the employees of the branch in Prague 5 came to me as from 1985, when I asked for something. They did not take into account at all the fact that I paid several hundred thousand crowns in advance for the quality of the goods, which I did not receive. The complaints department in Vsetín did not move much with that either. I have no experience with another company, but I feel the need to protect other potential applicants. David
