A	Alena Žitná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touhle firmou už radši nic. Neporadí, každý ze zaměstnanců tvrdí něco jiného a dvě oddělení nejsou schopna se mezi sebou dohodnout. Chtěli jsme kompletní řešení - okna, sítě, rolety, dveře a garážová vrata. I když tvrdili, že budou schopni udělat sítě a rolety tak aby se to spolu vešlo, tak to nebyli schopni dát do smlouvy, že to prý nemůžou. Nothing better with this company. They do not advise, each employee claims something different and two departments are not able to agree with each other. We wanted a complete solution - windows, nets, shutters, doors and garage doors. Although they claimed that they would be able to make nets and blinds so that they fit together, they were not able to contract that they couldn't.

Firmu doporučuji!! Dá se s nimi jednat o ceně a servis je také v pořádku. Very helpful and competent staff. I have windows from the company and I am very satisfied. Despite the complaint everything went as it should and was not the slightest problem. I recommend the company !! They can be negotiated on price and service is also fine.

Negativa: Do špalety se nedává exfrudovany polystyren, zedník nedotmelil co měl, naháněli jsme jej měsíc na dodělání druhého okna (i přes to, že sám řekl, že se zastaví). Ve smlouvě dáno, že venkovní část (kudy může protahovat) se také netmelí. Řešeno i protahování okolo rámů po montáži. Resp. Zaplať, dáme okna, zapěníme, dáme štuk a zbytek si dodelělej. Ale asi bych předpokládal, že dodavatele oken fungují všichni stejně. Jen když už tu službu člověk zaplatí by měl mít kompletní. Positives: Czech windows, delivery dates met, agreed times were without delay. Negative: The extruded polystyrene is not put into the pallet, the bricklayer did not finish what he had, we chased him for a month to finish the second window (despite the fact that he himself said that he would stop). The contract stipulates that the outer part (where it can stretch) is also not ground. Solving around the frames after assembly is also solved. Resp. Pay, we put windows, we foam, we put stucco and you do the rest. But I would probably assume that window suppliers all work the same. Only when a person pays for that service should he be complete.
M	Mirek Šanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňuji u této firmy, že nevyžaduje přímou návštěvu kanceláře, vše lze zařídit po telefonu, e-mailem. Termíny dodržují, technik se dostavil také v přesné době. Poradil, pomohl, vysvětlil. Montáž proběhla ve stanovený den i přes menší problémy ( porucha vozu montérů) byla i dokončena. Sice asi budu muset řešit menší reklamaci, přesto jsem s prací této firmy spokojen. Na kvalitu a běžné použití je zatím brzy, to ukáže až čas. Přesto mi nic(zatím) nebrání, abych tuto firmu doporučil! Jen pro ilustraci: vybourání dvou panelákových oken a jednoho balkonového, včetně dveří, začištění, osazení nových oken, vyzdění a zapěnění v jednom dni, trvalo cca 4,5 hod. Druhý den: zednické zapravení, vnitřní štuky- dalších cca 6 hod. Opravdu bylo vidět, že vědí, co dělají. Takže Doporučuji! He advised, helped, explained. The assembly took place on the set date despite minor problems (breakdown of the fitter's car) and was completed. I may have to deal with a small complaint, but I am satisfied with the work of this company. It is too early for quality and common use, it will be time to tell. Still, nothing (yet) prevents me from recommending this business! Just to illustrate: demolition of two prefabricated windows and one balcony, including doors, cleaning, installation of new windows, walling and frothing in one day, took about 4.5 hours. It was really clear that they knew what they were doing. So I recommend!

Z jedním z nich (Stoklasou) jsem se při instalaci domlouval na řešení věci ohledně překladu ke dveřím, dal mi termín za 14 dní a dál TEL nezvedá. Petra Festová, která zakázku vyřizovala, když jde kolem domu (je ze stejné vesnice) opakovaně ani nezabučí. Ale vyřešit penízky na zálohu to ano. Od této pobočky v HK další okna už ne, konkurenčních firem je až až - a s mnohem přátelštějším jednáním :-). Nedoporučuji. Pat and Mat by a plumber, experts in foam windows. From one of them (Stoklasou), during the installation I agreed on a solution to the matter regarding the translation to the door, gave me a deadline in 14 days and TEL does not continue. Petra Festová, who handled the order when she walked around the house (she is from the same village) repeatedly does not even hum. But to solve the money for the deposit yes. Not more windows from this branch in HK, there are only competing companies - and with much friendlier behavior :-). I do not recommend.

Kde je ovšem problém je dodržování, termínu instalace i když tam se ještě dočkáte alespoň omluvy.řešení reklamací to už je jiná tam se dočkáte akorát vymluv a arogance! Doporučuji kurz komunikace se zákazníky(týká se slečen na telefonu nikoliv řemeslníků). Přirovnáváni rozbitého okna k televizi mi přijde krajně nevhodné!
